Gardens Online

I had a great experience with the team from Gardens Online. I ordered a product and then discovered it was actually unavailable. I was okay with that but the team there did not forget what I had originally wanted. I was refunded and we left it at that. A few weeks later I received an email from GO to say that they had found it for me and they were happy to open up an order for me even though they would not be listing it a as product in their online store. I got my plants because they did not give up searching. Now that's true customer service with a smile :) Thank you to everyone who made that happen, Warm Regards, Michelle

What can I say, but the service was amazing, Charlie on the phone was so helpful. I placed an order online and then my husband wanted some seeds the next day, it was all sorted quickly. Best company I have dealt with for seeds, great customer service. Well done.

Imagine my surprise when Charlie from Gardens On Line turned up with a product I'd only ordered 2 days before! She thought she'd drop it off, as she would be in the area, and it would save delays in posting it.
Such personal service is extremely rare these days, and Gardens On Line is obviously a company which believes in good, old-fashioned service. Five out of five stars from me.

My order was personally delivered by the owner of Gardens Online, which was a delightful surprise, particularly because it was on NY holiday weekend. That's service plus!! Yes, I do live only a couple of suburbs away from the business, but not everyone would make that effort. The item was a Haws Cradley Cascader 7 litre Watering Can, which is perfect for my needs.
I would highly recommend purchasing from Gardens Online.

Following a link for some garden fertiliser I discovered that this site also has a heap of garden information, in fact masses. Its seems to be a bit like Better Homes & Gardens and Bunnings combined - just a bit classier though. Ended up buying some seeds which arrived within a few days.

Gardens Online has a very easy site to use.
Service is great with good communication and reliable, had no problems in contacting them for any changes in our
order. Nothing was a drama

If you want just a little haste in the despatch of your online order.... Best you look elsewhere. They state 7 to 10 days for delivery but took over a week to despatch the order.

I love this site, its so full of fabulous images, either across he top of every page or large image slideshows for products and plants. The plant database is very good - not sure how many p;ants are in it but it runs to scores of page results so estimate around 2,000 or so. The Garden Shop is big too. I reckon they need a few more funky products though. Best bit of all is the Gardens of the World section - something to feast the eyes on and dream of being able to visit them all. This is one of the best garden sites I've seen anywhere and absoliutely in the top three in Ajstralia.
