It's a toy
I have cooked with a George Foreman for 20+ years and loved it until it recently died, having had two of them in that time. Now after purchasing a new one I find it does not get hot enough to cook on, having to finish the cooking in a fry pan. It is a poor excuse for a grill. It hardly changed the color of the raw meat. I will seek to get my money back.
