Worst descaler I've ever used: damaged kettle and barely worked
I used the last of the 4 pack of these descaler tablets and remembered why they were the worst thing I have ever used to clean my glass kettle. They were not safe and did not clean the kettle as stated on the front of the pack. The tablet was supposed to have been allowed to dissolve in warm water. Well, an hour later and it was still trying to dissolve and obviously the water was not warm anymore. I had to stir to get it to dissolve. The kettle was not cleaned as meant and left what look like pit marks on the shiny surface of the base. Bought from Bunnings. Won't use again and will let Bunnings know not to buy this stuff again. Will look for Aussie made products from now on.

Don't ever buy those tablets
Yesterday my i was looking for something that can cleen my glass kettle, its has a nice shine curface on the bottom where rust likes to stay. I bough Glitz Descaler Tablets in my local IGA and guess what? It damaged my kettle that had a nice shiny surface and left permanent stains on my Staines steel sink.
I hate it, as I have to buy a new kettle now...
Everything was wrong, damaged all my goods, that just had to be cleaned
