As with others, it’s a classic bait and switch tactic to lure customers to signup with credit incentives, then wiping off all credit to $0!
They have the audacity to ring and advise an “upgrade membership for free”.

I have used GoCatch 4 Times and all four times the cars and drivers have been top class. I was even upgraded to premium twice without extra charge. The fares also beat others by at least 10%
1. Misleading as ever. Gave me a $20 voucher didn’t even let me use it.
2. Pre booked my ride just for them to take money out of my account and have no driver turn up
3. Called them all day only to hear no operators available like tf are they doing useless fools
4. As I’m typing this review I get a call from them only to have them waste 22mins of them talking bullocks about how good go catch is pffftttt
5. They gave me a refund oh but wait not back to me back to my go catch account hahahaha like yes i will be using go catch again after they left me waiting 45 mins for them hahahaha
6. I highly recommend stay with Uber and/ola

Used Go catch in Tasmania and didn't have a problem with them. It was good to be able to see where they were and how far away they were from my location and was easy to tap and pay at the end of the journey so didn't have to worry about using cash

Wanted to give this company a try and they had a recent incentive with some referral codes. Had $80 credit on my account and it got wiped after they realised they were probably going to lose too much money.
They went to the trouble of changing their T&C as well (Section 23 shows this before the updated it). You can see the latest Section 23 on their website.
What made it unethical was they tried to bribe me by saying they'd upgrade me to some membership worth $99 if I wrote them a positive review.

Useful app to have my S8. Always use GoCatch for work in the morning and I have always been able to secure a driver (but then again, I work in the CBD - If i was back at home, it would be harder in Bonnyrigg). Peak hours can be a pain and might have to wait longer like 15 mins or so but then again everyone wants to go home on a Friday arvo @ 530pm. I didn't either so my first voucher credit didn't work but it worked on the second. Removed some coupons that got shared around and claimed that they weren't available to everyone and they couldn't be stacked. Instead of applying once off $20 credits they removed all my previous credit + the coupons. I'll stick to the other apps like Taxify, Ola and Uber as goCatch can't be trusted.

Absolutely terrible company and service. Highly advise to delete the app and look elsewhere. They promise a service and do not provide it. Further, the taxi driver tried to force me to cross a busy road and get into the taxi in the middle of the road with no safe place to stop. Pathetic.

Each time the representative clearly specified that the vouchers had "No Expiry Date". I had also earned credit from rides taken.
On 15/06 GoCatch contacted me to inform me that I had been "upgraded" to membership status - conveniently neglecting to inform me that all my credit had been wiped.

This company took all my credit away (even previous credit).
I then asked for my account information to be deleted. I was then told via email that my account was deactivated.
Later I received a call and SMS from them. Clearly my instructions aren't being acted on.
I'll stick with Uber, Taxify and Ola.
I just wish GoCatch would go away. I don't want them holding onto my information or contacting me.
Please just leave me alone and delete my details.

I got a call from these guys today at 7am in the bloody morning saying they will make me a GoCatch 'member' for free. Okay? Unfortunately what they neglected to mention is they had just removed $80 credit from my account.
Apparently you can only use a referral and one voucher per account, even though their app allows you to do otherwise. However instead of just removing the extra vouchers (like any sane company would do), they decided to remove ALL credits, even completely valid ones!

I joined up when they offered referral promo on a well known forum then suddenly and without warning they cleaned out everyone's accounts to ZERO dollars!! Thousands of people were affected by this mass credit wiping!
Many stories of them altering fare amounts.
Any company that just wipes credit without any kind of communication, cannot be trusted with money or card payments. I would avoid these guys like the plague!

Took $80 off my account, for no reason.
I emailed a complaint, asking for $80 to be given back.
An Indian lady called the next day, left voicemail, couldn't understand her, and didn't leave a callback number.
Still haven't got a refund.
Very dodgy business, BEWARE!
They will over charge you and the customer service is terrible. Drivers are treated poorly. The company will be in receivership soon. Delete the phone application now and AVOID !
