Booking my GoCatch Ride was super easy and the drivers arrived in only a few minutes. The driver was very friendly and pleasant. The vehicle was clean and tidy and in excellent condition.

I drove gocatch for 3 weeks & haven't received my payment on time. I sent almost 10 emails, but no response. Finally i threatened them to take issue to the court & then only i received the response & my payment. Poor customer service.

I will never ever drive again gocatch. Stay away.

What a bunch of jerk! I prior ordered a cab at 5am for the airport. To catch an airplane, they didn't understand that! They cancelled my cab at 10 minutes before pickup and then charged me! Not a call or SMS, no an email. Cowards! Left me high and dry! Self-righteous, some strange process that means they couldn't progress you ride but could charge a cancellation fee for screwing you over.

Drivers charged for the use of toll roads which we did not use this resulted in the charge being about double the standard fare which you do not know until the driver has departed. After two messages to Go Catch, still no response

First and last experience. Such a terrible experience. Driver intentionally took long way after learning we are new to city to increase fare. Drive was quite abusive too. Never going to use Gocatch again!! Have deleted the App already. I wanted to check out this service and turned out twice more expensive compared with UBER. Also driver dropped at wrong location. This can be verified with destination requested and dropped place. I have attached invoice for verification.

I have not been paid the amount I have earned with GOCATCH for over two weeks now! I cannot contact anyone, there is no office (unlike UBER) and they do not reply to my emails! Do not drive for these scammers!

I booked a taxi via the gocatch app & was charged the regular taxi fee! Uber would have cost me $19 from PAH to Carindale shop Go catch charged me $24.00.

I've been using GoCatch for a while now. Originally it was because I could book a taxi through the app and earn Qantas points but the decided to try the rideshare option after having issues with my Uber app.
I must be lucky cos I've never really had many issues and in most cases GoCatch rideshare would come in cheaper than Uber. All of the drivers have been very professional and the cars are pretty decent too.
On a couple of occasions I've had to wait a little bit longer than I would with Uber but generally the wait time was similar (pick up was from the city or Surry Hills).

I have made a GoCatch account a while ago and I have never used it because I have been pretty satisfied with Uber. They were sending regularly vouchers as an incentive to use it though. As I wanted to take advantage of the existing credit I booked my first ride only a week ago. Since there was the opportunity to share my personal Voucher on social media to get 10$ off once someone would use it, I couldn't help but share it on FB, Twitter and on a coupon website. Go catch is basically getting a normal taxi which screws your bank balance up. Barely drove 1km and it was $16.60 told him to stop the car and ordered an Uber which was $8 for the whole way.

I only used Go Catch add I had a $20 credit.
Driver couldn't find the designated pick up point at the airport. 3 calls and about 10 mins watching him on the app drive past.
Then the app failed during the trip so I had to pay $50 cash directly to the driver! Every cent I had.
Customer service had not been helpful.
Would never have used them except for the credit which I couldn't usd in the end.
Over-priced failure

Driver provided about a minutes notice of arrival then when I called back looking for him in a busy crowded locale, he took off advising I'd be charged. I called him back only to be told he had cancelled the booking!? Crap service and driver rude as hell! Strongly advise against!

I booked a cab via the go catch app, the driver came and the flag fall charged to me was $5.50 when the stickers in the cab said that the flag fall is 4.20 (day time) and then when i got off there was another booking fee called regulated booking fee of $2.
