I got finance for a business the loan was $17,000 with a deposit of $1731.90 costs of $1220 plus weekly repayments of $267.38 totaling $13,903.76 for the first 12 months. The second year came up and repayments were dropped to $227.26 a week for the next 24 month which I was never told about up front by the broker. The loan will cost $42,140 and remember I only borrowed $17,000.

I got finance for $6,000 to buy a car from this horrible mob. After the first year I had the option of buying the car after paying $5,373 I was told it will be $3000 to but out the vehicle. The company told me I could give back the car after the first year which I agreed to do after the car was taken I was told a default was placed against me for $3,404 and the car was going to auction that day.
They have not replied to my emails or phone calls to explain themselves.
Do not use this company.

We have been leasing a car and run into some financial difficulties. Rather than get nasty Go Getta came up with an unbelievable solution (literally the best solution anyone could have hoped for) that has finalised the lease and taken a weight off our back. We now own our vehicle outright

Don’t sign the contract as I had payments coming out monthly, had a discussion about changing to weekly payments.
Didn’t sign anything to give them the ok to do weekly payments.
They just did it anyway. There is more to this story.
Even the brokers are saying stay away from them.

Got a vehicle worth 26,000, For 12 mths been paying 265 pw, was told what I pay will be coming off cost of vehicle.
after 12 mths I paid a total of $13,780.. SO I still owed approx. 12,000...excellent, so I thought..
After the 12 mths was up, they offered a deal where I pay lower repayments which would be 185pw.
and they confirmed I owed 12,000..
so after calculating now what I owe would equal approx. $6000 to own it..
After hearing they are winding down, I asked them for a payout figure so I can re finance..
WELL, the payout figure given was $22,000...
All that money paid went where, not on the vehicle that's for sure.....
and trying to contact them is meaningless...

After 12 months I asked for payout figure and $2500 later my payout figure has only reduced by $250.
After the first 12 months ONLY 25% of what you pay comes off purchase cost.

Get a call from Brokers to say you guys are closing doors Thanks for letting us know
No we have to refinance urgently or loose everything we have paid over last 10 months Disgusting

Why haven’t you told any of your current clients that go getta has gone belly up! You guys owe it to all of your clinets do do so. We have been informed by our broker, that if we do not find alternative people to re finance our truck, it will be getting repossessed. Gutless worms you all are.. Hurting everyone that is trying to make ends meet... if we could give 0 star rating we would...

Everybody on here writing a bad review seem to be mislead by their own naivety... ITS ALL TAX DEDUCTABLE!!!!!!! Don't whinge about how much it has cost you when you would've paid it to the tax man anyway. This scheme lowers your tax bill and gives you great equipment, unless you're actually a business running likeva business it won't work...... Maybe all these idiots need to realise how to do they're basic tax?

After starting a new business GOGetta was more than happy to give me a go... so thankful for that... they talked me through their product and went through the costs which were a little high but with the tax benefits it turned out to be great for me. My business is doing great.... Special thanks to the guys on the phones.... super friendly

The contract we had was for 12 months and was told after 12 months we could return car or keep car with our payments reduced by so much an eventually we would own it. Wrong 12 months up and they increased our payments from $265 p/week to $565 p/ week then told we would never own it after speaking with legal advice. How can one company do this I have no idea never again will be taking legal action an forwarding story to current affairs. Lying animals.

Apparently when my broker told me the money I was paying was coming off the value of the vehicle it wasn't true, when I called Go Getta for the payout figure I was told the first year didn't count!!! I was told I should keep paying for "another" year then the money would come off the value of the vehicle. My financial broker had got it wrong, how convenient.
Keep paying for another year my butt. Fool me once me shame on you, fool me twice not bloody likely. Go Getta don't return calls, don't answer emails, when you ring them they are rude and arrogant. Hopefully this company will get caught up in the finance company royal commission that is well overdue. It's going to take very bright light to shine into where these low life's hang out.

so far my dealings with Gogetta have been great, A company thats has a higher rate of interest to cover risk I am happy that they were able to give finance when traditional finance wasnt an option. I a. normally a complainer after 1 year thjngs are still good . I hope I am not foing to be agreeing in the long term for now happy

Worst experience ever please don't use this company they have tried to repossess cars that don't exist then tried charging us for it I have had thousands of dollars of repayments go missing even though I have provided them with bank statements showing repayments coming out they refuse to accept them and then the final one was I tried to pay out two other contracts I had with them for 2.5 years and they were more than what I paid for trucks originally after paying years of repayments. Please don't use this company no matter how desperate you are it's just not worth the lies and stress created by them.

Let me say I have three contracts with Gogetta. Yes the system is expensive. But it is also 100% business tax deductible. I wouldn't recommend gogetta to someone who doesn't have their own business. Please read your contracts carefully because I have found errors on all three of my contracts. I feel the downfall in this company is their administration and brokers and the phone operators lack of knowledge, lack of compassion and there Limited ability to help. One person says one thing and another says something to contradict them. They need to have a system in place and they need to follow it.
