I have used golden glow for many years for service and advice and could not fault them. They are amazing. Keep up the great work.

I have had my credit card overcharged on three separate orders. Customer Service is non existent.I have had to make numerous phone calls to Golden Glow employees to have the overchargex reversed. Very annoying., particularly when the staff are disinterested in my concerns.

I've used Golden Glow products for several years and have been impressed by both the quality of the products and their service. Only one order has ever gone missing. When I advised Golden Glow about this, they promptly sent me a replacement. I recommend them very highly.

Terrible service and full of lies. Bought something a month ago and they never sent it. Emailed them quite a few times and the reply was the order was stuck somewhere. Finally they promised an express delivery a week ago and holly molly, still no sign of my order. Can somebody tell me how long it takes for an ordinary post to reach sydney from Queensland let alone express one. What a disastrous company ... Stay away from them unless you want to get robbed...

I've been a satisfied Golden Glow customer for more years than I can remember, but have reduced my purchases over the last couple of years due to good offers on other brand names of vitamins. I had never checked the reviews on here before; now that I have done so I am surprised and disappointed enough to stop using them completely.

The main reason for this review however is to complain about the telemarketing calls I've been receiving from them over the past few months to let me know about their "current specials". I keep telling them I'm not interested and to stop calling, but a few weeks later they ring again so now I just hang up as soon as they say "Golden Glow". They will certainly not be getting any more orders from me...

As with most elderly parents, we have unfortunately had to place my Dad into a high care facility. After returning in excess of twelve letters "no longer at this address" they still keep coming. It is sad enough that we have had to relocate Dad without being constantly reminded by the regular barrage of letters. Please note..........

I have been shopping with Golden Glow for over 10 years and recently asked the question about discounts for long term customers. I was emailed by a representative who said he would ring me and discuss that topic but that didn't happen. I then repeatedly emailed him to finalise the process but have had no reply, I even asked them if they still wanted my business but have still been ignored. I have been forced to consider shopping elsewhere now, well done Golden Glow!

Service has become terrible to non existant!!!

I ordered and my card was charged straight away but my order took 8 days to be delivered and I reside in the same city. I sent an email asking what was happening with my order but it has never been answered. The Golden Glow service used to be excellent and I received a note from them that they had partnered with some other entity to improve service. This has not happened.

Not sure why people are saying they have bad delivery service. I have been regally purchasing from this company for years and delivery has always been within about 3-4 business days.

They offer better value than the big supermarkets every time. They also usually offer free delivery when you spend over $80-.

I have ordered from Golden Glow in the past and their service was excellent. Delivery was always the same day. Well now I ordered with them online Monday and by Friday still had not received my item. When I called them they tell me my items were not despatched till Thursday! Come one Golden Glow give us back the excellent service you had before! Also their naturopathic service has gone downhill aswell. Always had friendly helpful people now seem to get rushed naturopaths. They must be cutting down on services or something.

What the hell is with Golden Glow's delivery timeframe? My credit card was charged on Jan 23rd & still have not received the products a week later. YTou are delivering to Australia people, not Ethiopia - get your act together. When are Aussie companies in general going to start behaving like global companies? US & European companies almost always offer next day delivery these days to local shoppers - what on Earth is holding Oz companies back from doing the same?

Delivery timeframe!!

I buy a lot of supplements from Golden Glow. To find a company that provides free qualified phone advice, very fast delivery, frequent savings and supplying a catalogue to view at home & online, helps me cope & adjust to not being able to live my life like others.
It's lousy being sick and handicapped. Kindness comes in lots of guises. Thank you Golden Glow, it's appreciated, I recommend you to anyone I can & your products are very good too!

Great quality products & great value for money, but order processing/dispatch is too slow. Need to pick up the pace if they want to compete with online pharmacies and health stores.
Value for money products - you get more product for a lower price than conventional brands.
I have been ordering from Golden Glow for a few years now & found their products to be great quality and service/shipping to be efficient. However in the past year, the efficiency seems to have gone downhill. I used to receive my orders within 3 of 4 days without fail, and now I don't get them for over a week. It's just so slow - I get orders from overseas faster than I do from Golden Glow these days.

I have used Golden Glow products for many years ordering them over the website which was so convenient. Service delivery was the best.

No longer is this the case. I have sent two emails regarding not been able to log into the system. I have phoned and received information that does not help me to log in. I have had to order my products as a guest to the site. I have not received an email confirmation receipt as per previously and I have had no return phone call to the emails I have sent through the "contact us".

Golden Glow this must be impacting your business significantly - I will you all the best in rectifying the web ordering process asap to prevent the loss of business.

I have been buying online at this store for a few years now. I did have 1 mix up with an order but they fixed it straight away and i came out better off in the end. Overall i have found their prices really good and they don't charge the earth for postage. Their postage has always been very fast and their customer service is great.

i think this website is awesome, they have so much variety of vitamins, cosmetics and lots of other items at a very low price, also when you sign up you recieve $15 off your order and whenever you spend $75 or more you receive free postage. they always have great specials and promotion for instance right now until end of the month if you spend $50 or more you get 40% off your order with the code you can get from them. they have cheap and speedy delivery and everything always arrives safely and swiftly. i will always purchase from this site

I love golden glow and they always have a great selection of yoghurt bases which are often hard to find in supermarkets. Often on sale and easy to order. We've had one problem during the moving of their warehouse but staff were very friendly and more efficient in solving the problem for us.
Found Golden Glow after I was given an Easi-yo for my birthday and haven't looked back. I use their web site to order mainly easi-yo products but have also purchased a few vitamins and minerals. Good information content on the site and easy to use. Ordering online is so easy and delivered very quickly.
Use to offer free postage after you spent x amount but this has now gone - please bring it back!!!
