They are very reliable
I've bought off them a fair few times, they are very reliable . I usually get my items withing 4 working days which is great . I just received a order recently which I bought 6 candles and 2 facial cleaners and few other items to find one of the facial cleaners broke in transit . The lid had snapped off, it was only $2 . The only bad thing is I can't take it anywhere with me in my bag . I then contacted customer service to be told to take a picture of the item and send it through ? I mean come on, it was $2 I highly doubt anyone would lie ab...
Read moreout a $2 cleanser . Too much hassle for the cleanser . Just thought this needs to be looked at by the customer service team . besides that, I'm very happy with all the items I have received in the past . Also would love if you put the ingredients labels online for people to see what's in the food . Cheap & reliable

Goodies Galore.
I love Grocery Run, they have never let me down, i have had several orders through GR and i have had no missing items or broken items ever. Just lucky i guess! Everything is always perfectly packed and with added plastic bubble bags for extra protection. My kids get excited when i tell them there some more goodies at the post office to pick up. Fantastic savings on bulk muesli bars, biscuits and chockies. I ordered Easter eggs this year and they arrived in perfect condition. Postage is really good too, as i live country WA i get my delivery in ...

Mixed Bag
I have ordered three times from this website. Each time it has arrived within an acceptable timeframe. The coffee pods are excellent value and it is worth buying these in bulk (when compared to buying them from nespresso). Not so good is the food products. Some of the items I have purchased went straight in the bin as I felt they were not fit to be eaten by my young son - a couple of items just look plain 'dirty'. These food items tend to be the ones you find in discount shops and to be honest, I do not like to buy these as they are of dubious origins...So all in all, good for a couple of things product types, especially when purchased in bulk to offset the delivery costs.
cheap coffee pods
dirty looking food items

Great value but be aware of use-by dates and cheap options
I've used GroceryRun a few times now and found it great value for a limited range of products. You need to get a fair bit to make the shipping worthwhile but delivery was within a week and when you think about your petrol and time to go to the shops, it's not bad!
Just be aware with food items (especially chocolates etc) that if they're extra cheap, they're probably nearly at their use-by date (not a problem if you're going to use them soon) and I've noticed that coffee, shampoo etc can be produced in a different country from usual (e.g. Thail...

Good if you're ordering a lot
I ordered 5 neutrogena lip balms from this site. The lip balms were a great price, and there was an $11 shipping cap. I ordered 5 so that shipping worked out to be a couple of dollars per item. My order arrived today, and there was only one lip balm in the package. I contacted them about it, and they apologized for the inconvenience of the missing items, and immediately offered me a refund of the missing items. I was left paying for the 1 lip balm I received, and $11 for shipping of this one item. I'm just extremely disappointed as if I had of ...
Read moreknown I could only order 1, I would never have bothered as the $11 shipping made the product much more expensive than just purchasing from a local store. I don't think I'll be purchasing from this store again as its much easier just to run up the street to the local store and know that once you pay for something you will receive it. inexpensive products Expensive shipping, only finding out a product is out of stock after the rest of the order has been delivered and items are missing, no refund on shipping for missing items

Great idea and very convenient
I would like to share my experience with grocery run.
I brought $120 worth of groceries which I received this morning. So I ordered them on Saturday the 26th and got them this morning the 30th, so it really took 2.5 days to get to me when I take out the weekend. I think that's pretty good.
Items were well packed. i noticed the used by dates were from august to december this year on there main stream items, They have a clearance section also which is great value. Just beware that the clearance items are usually near there used by date by a c...

Not always a bargain
I have dealt with Grocery Run twice, both times no dramas. Parcels arrived in a timely manner and packaged well.
I have only purchased items in bulk that I know I will use and need (i.e. toothpaste, bodywash, beauty products, cleaning goods) simply because it saved me the effort to buy them from the supermarket. I have never purchased food as I am always suspect of expiry dates and things melting.
Would not recommend this site to people who only buy a few things, I usually purchase $100 or more to make it worthwhile and compare prices with catalogues and other online stores to decide if its a bargain.
Some interesting products
Very expensive postage

Overall Okay-Good
Quick delivery and no hassle shopping. Great site if you like biscuits, chocolates, and things you don't often buy. I found that I was ordering more than I actually needed to get the deal and to justify the delivery costs. I'd recommend this site to others but won't often use it because of the delivery costs associated with it. I haven't investigated whether or not you can order a little from one offer then more from another offer etc so you get exactly what you want in a shop.
Inexensive products
You spend more than you need
