Grow-Fresh Greenhouses

I bought a 5200 Dorset Grande series greenhouse, and an extension, from Grow Fresh Greenhouses and found it to be awesome. It is not that hard to put together providing that you make sure everything is level and square. All the components are high quality and are a snug fit which ads to the strength. I recently bought a dwarf wall glasshouse. I was hesitant to purchase at first but let me tell you it was worth every single cent. Being an older fella, I just love that old English style & I knew i just had to have one of these in my backyard. I got it built with a little help from my wife. I am thrilled with my finished glasshouse and I should add that the service from GF was impeccable! I Highly recommend.

From initial contact to handover we were very happy with staff and product. Information, service and product exceeded expectations. Courteous knowledgeable staff were helpful. Initial inspection indicated that assembly would be time consuming so opted to pay for it to be done by those who had the expertise. Good investment.

Very dissapointing service. Lost my order because of updating their webpage and then took a month to tell me the item wasn’t in stock. Poor communication and customer service. I hope the refund doesn’t take a month.

I bought a Mini-Grow Grande greenhouse from Grow Fresh as my propagation structures had been destroyed by bushfire and I wanted a quick replacement. Quick! Hah! I knew it would be flatpacked and I would have to stand and join panels but I opened the box to find it was a kit of 258, count them, 258 parts to put together to assemble this cupboard-sized greenhouse. I don't have any major problems BUT a few comments.
1/ Read the instructions! When your finished read them again.
2/ Read the instructions!
3/ Read the instructions! (are you seeing a pattern here)
4/ Do not assume that because several parts look the same they are the same- there are minor differences in hole spacing etc. If you assume you will be in a world of trouble because it will NOT go together.
5/ Do not allow several people to have a go at it- all it did with our garden group was to cause utter confusion.

Firstly a fantastic company to deal with. The process from sale to installation was 10/10. Very happy with the new greenhouse. We did lots of research and growfresh were definitely the strongest we saw. Already survived lots of wind on our Tassie property. Impressive. We have a Windsor Royale 9.5 metre in length.

Installation guide is inadequate and difficult to follow. I didn’t find and nails that are suitable to the door wheels for my DORSET model of greenhouse or nails suitable for the top portion of the air vents of the greenhouse. There is zero SUPPORT available once purchased. If you phone the contact number, most of the time it won’t be picked up.
The seller markets an unpainted greenhouse as “ silver colour” obviously un painted aluminium is a silver like colour. I learned it in the hard way.
My advice- If you are happy with no after sales service or advice go for it. The YouTube video of the Dorset assembly was a helpful guide. A silver line in a clouded scene.

The greenhouse is a good product when assembled but the problem is getting it assembled. I am an experienced trade qualified mechanic, very handy with almost anything but this was a complete challenge of my patience. The seller seriously misrepresents and understates the difficulty in the assembly. Their video states " a couple of mates, a weekend and acouple of beers"......good luck!! The doors won't close. I have a seedling propagation unit, what's the point if doors won't close. I've had two guys come and have a look, can't work out why. Assembly structure is totally wrong.

I ordered the Dorset 5800 GH and I am absolutely thrilled with it so far. The guys came and installed it and it looks spectacular. Will come back to update review after a few months of usage and see how it fares. I am sure it will be fine, it looks strong and beautiful.

Bought suitable greenhouse for climate and situation. Doors that open both ends are a huge asset to getting correct air flow in our hot climate. It was good to have the choice. I took time to read the plans and checked on line video. Help at end of phone if needed and found everyone pleasant. Product is strong and we inserted the polycarbonate panels with no trouble. We bought our greenhouse at Mudgee Field Days and it is going fantastic. We are on a farm here and get a lot of wind and our Windsor Royale 5.2 metre greenhouse has stood up to everything no problem. The frame is very heavy and the glazing is tough 10mm polycarbonate. The staff are very helpful and the technical support with installation was much appreciated. I bought this greenhouse to replace a terrible eBay one which lasted only a few weeks. Keep up the great work Growfresh!

Spent 10k on purchasing a greenhouse and another 2k to have it installed by the boss and a employee for 2.5 days to only have it fall down 6 months later with no reply/response from the company. Great customer service -NOT!!!

This over-priced, flimsy and badly designed Greenhouse would have to be the worst thing I've ever encountered on the market.
At $245 - the whole thing is held together with a few nuts and bolts. It has no strength and wants to fall apart every time you touch it.
Under no circumstances should you purchase this unit. With over 20 years in construction I can tell you that this is a complete waste of money.
Absolutely Pathetic.
Grow-Fresh Greenhouses have offered no support (either by phone or email) and have offered no refund/return or exchange.
They are a Melbourne based company here in Australia.
