after the freight company lost my delivery for a few weeks Danica Diaz was always helpful trying to track down the issue and when it could not be found made sure a new delivery was posted out and arrived within 3 days! very happy customer, appreciate the care factor towards getting my order deliverd

Thibaut helped me narrow down what was available and helped simplify the whole process.
Valerie was an absolute delight in helping me narrow down when to expect the shipment so that I can organize personal leave to be available at home.
Even if you don't like their product, I would recommend them as a team.

Dispatch was within days of purchase and Val was thorough in chasing up the whereabouts of my order when it got split up during freight transfer (freight company fault). All arrived well packaged and undamaged just in two separate lots. The service from the team was 10/10, highly recommend.

Delivery took only 3 days for a 300kg order and was cheaper than most other websites.
I ordered an olympic plate set and additional non-matching plates on accident, and was contacted by Val Bernandino, notifying me of the error and offering to amend it immediately. Was very thankful for this since it saved having to return the items and wait for the new ones to come back. Matthew Taylor called directly to follow up on this to ensure my order was correct, and answered a query I had by checking the showroom and getting back to me within the hour. Overall, great price and extremely welcoming customer service.

At one stage I ran into an issue with a faulty attachment, however Gym and fitness dealt with the matter promptly and professionally. The customer service + warranty team were extremely helpful and polite. They sent a replacement within 2 days of contact.

The website itself isn't bad, not great formatting for phones. The products are great and for the price cannot be ignored.

The equipment is exactly what I require, and I would even advocate online purchases through gym and Fitness.
