Great Treadmill
Purchased this small treadmill and it is great.
It folds up and is easy to store.
Was easy to put together .
It has different programs to use.
Would recommend.

Wrong Parts & Poor Service
Bought one of their treadmills and some of the parts were missing. Not a problem this happens but when I tried to get them to replace parts they refused and tried to charge me for them. They passed everything off to the reseller and the reseller passed everything off to them.

Great exercise bike
Order the bike online and received it two (2) days later. Took some time to assemble but instructions were good. Used the bike for one (1) week now and it is fantastic. No noise, comfortable seat and tells all the vital statics during exercise with a small screen. Needed to check details to register the warranty and help desk/customer service person was very helpful and reply was timely. Great product and great service Everfit.

customer service is great but product is really no good.
I bought a everfit treadmill on catch about two week ago. it arrived with a damaged motor cover. The plastic is very thin. but they agree to replace it for me. All good. Then the cover on the control board is popping up and you push it back and it will come back again. I have attached the photo below. then the screw between the side bar and hand grip can not be tightened. i have tried so many times and different ways and it just does not work. the hole don't align and there is a big gap in between. good thing is that I can still use it and just the handle will move up and down a little. I am curious how long the motor and belt will last.

3 items and not a single issue in 2 years
I bought a Everfit treadmill ($698), Everfit Power Tower ($129) and Everfit Weights Bench ($99). Over 2 years I've not had a single issue with any of these products and they are all used daily by our family. They are all kept inside, cleaned after each use and I make sure to check the tightening of bolts and lubrication of the treadmill walking mat. I think sometimes people buy these items and don't look after them and that's how problems start, they aren't made like Repco or Lifetime products; they are cheaper options for the budget conscious ...
Read morecustomer. I'm 6ft9 and can use everything with ease although the treadmill is strictly good for walking as the deck isn't wide or long enough unless you are 5ft tall. Out of the boxes they took no time at all to assemble and instructions were easy to follow. The weights pictured are not from Everfit, they are circuit weights from Big W for $189 and a perfect accompaniment to this weights Bench. Highly recommended this company. Can't comment on their warranty claims as haven't ever needed it.- +1

have had 2 of the same product break in last 12 months
bought the 5-in-1 twice. First one, the belt broke after about 6 months, and i tried to contact everfit but repeated emails went unanswered. Kogan who i bought it through also couldnt get an answer and offered to try and source a new belt. But as i didnt know how to change it and no contact from everfit, they refunded it.
Loved the comfort of the machine (seems to be the only system that has a bike with elliptical paddles which is more comfortable than bike pedals), so ordered another through another seller. 6 months later, it too had broken, this time a connection on the flywheel came off and as it was attached to a wire, it snapped it and it no longer works.
Clearly these are just very poor construction

Useless support
14 emails!! This company is useless for aftercare support.
My treadmill was missing the screws, etc to assemble it. After 6 weeks, no help at all. They kept asking for photos. Which I sent.
All I needed were screws. I said I'd pay for them or tell me what size and I'll buy them.
NOTHING. Absolutely no help at all.
Don't buy from this company because their support is useless if you need help.
You can't call this mob. You have to email then wait for days for them to answer then they ask you the same questions as the last email. Then there you go again. Send another email, wait more days. DONT BOTHER. Get from a store that you can phone

Back on the treadmill.
Having lent my treadmill to a friend in quarantine on picking it up from the hotel found a bolt was missing. Tried through suppliers to replace the bolt however, I was unable to obtain one.
I contacted Everfit via email and received a quick reply asking for the make details supplying pictures on parts to ensure I select the correct bolt.

Worst customer service ever
I bought a spin bike via Ozsale that arrived broken. After contacting Ozsale the day it arrived and having to wait 3 weeks to get some kind of response they then referred me to Everfit to negotiate, after each reply there is a week wait and so far they have offered to refund me 1/4 of what I paid, I advised this was not acceptable they then offered to send me the part, which happens to be part of the main working mechanism, I’m not a mechanic or technician so cannot install this on the bike.
It’s been 6 weeks of sitting with broken bike I can’t use, I just want a refund which I’m entitled to so I don’t understand why this isn’t happening?

Terrible
Bought an Everfit exercise bike and the belt snapped after two weeks. Poor quality.
The customer service has no phone number so have to wait for emails being sent every two days. After more than 10 days finally got a resolution.

I bought Everfit treadmill ( Revo).
It's been less than two years.
I only used once or twice a week..
Now when I am running at speed 9, it stops without warning. I nearly fell over few times. It sometimes makes sounds beep beep through speaker and does not work at all and lights flash.
I then unplug it and wait 10 min. Then it works. And then same issue.i always used indoor, level surface. No damage to treaill at all. Can you please suggest something to fix this issue.
