I had a small issue with a part of product while assembling it, They kindly guided me to a warranty claiming page and gave us replacements for what I needed.

They were all kind and knowledgeable for what they are doing and fast too.

The team responded to all of my requests, changing plans etc (standard Covid life). They were quick to respond via email and their chat function on the website.

No problem in getting them to price match competitor (Pro-Form Pro 2000 Treadmill). Constant communication of product status & delivery. Treadmill is excellent quality with great features

The team at Gym and Fitness have been exemplary to deal with, from the time of my initial inquiry to placing order was over 6months.

Website was quite intuitive and emails were responded to quickly.

I began the query at the height of Covid, however delayed the purchase and when I queried many months later the team “Gracielle” picked up where I left from and were very accomodating.

The parts shipped on time “albeit one was missing”, and Sarah helped here in resolving the issues and so I did not have to worry as there was follow up and my missing part is now en-route to me.

Even through this there was a prompt follow up and support given, highly recommended the team here “professional and thorough”.

Force USA F-50 Functional Trainer. Provided misleading advertising and webpage info. Sent an inferior product with missing parts. Refused to remedy the inferior product situation. Will not buy from these guys again.

Ive bought the Force usa g3 plus leg press attachment and hex dumbbells. One part needed to replaced without ant issues.

Firstly, I was impressed with the very positive online reviews for the company. After I paid the deposit, I have been updated regularly via email or phone call. When I found there is wrong part delivered, I received a quick response and delivery of replacement part was orgnised next day.

I'm satisfied with it. It just takes too long to be delivered but I followed-up a call and now I have it.

We brought a new Treadmill, back right side was damaged, very quick online responce, replacement part was sent very quickly.

The assault bike is a great piece of equipment. On two separate circumstances I was contacted by the company and they were very quick and helpful in their service. Thanks to Kimberley for providing such a good service

We bought a multi station gym and is very happy with the product. One of the cables got damage during use but it was replaced as a warranty issue. We had a few delays and hiccups but Amory stayed on it and resolved it.

I purchased a home gym setup (FORCEUSA Myrack, bench, weights and accessories) through Gym & Fitness, recommend a visit to one of their show rooms in SA or QLD. I received excellent sales support from Czarina who assisted greatly with many subsequent additions to my original order. Also had to make a minor warranty claim with one item incurring delivery damage and the customer service, support and solution provided by Kimberley was brilliant and much appreciated.
