The advisor we saw didnt greet us just ushered us into a cubicle and didnt offer any advice unless we asked direct questions. Considering the amount of info on the ATO website we got zero value from H&R Block and on this basis do not recommend. Next year we will do our own tax using resources already available on ATO website etc.

This was not my first time using HR block for my tax return. Got appointment through online service at a time and day that suited me. Appointment on time no waiting. As always Daisy at the Sandgate office is very informative and her approach to all things "tax" explained in a relaxed professional way and answered any questions I had in a manner that made me better understand what I was claiming and had great tips for future claims.

I had my tax completed by Sharon wade at Carindale h&r block office. Sharon was polite, respectful and detailed in her completion of my tax return, and detailed but speedy in explaining to me about my tax return to ensure I understood what everything meant.
