used the online self lodgment system, was asked some useless question by an anonymous person just to delay my return being lodged, in the end it was left as "reviewing" and left unlodged with the ATO for almost 2 weeks. was charged $59 and my tax return never got lodged and just to rub salt into the wound they charged my credit card twice. My questions never got answered and my refund went unlodged., I got my money refunded through my credit card company and went elsewhere. Totally wasted my time with H&R Block, useless company. AVOID

They have very helpful staff plus i got a great return on my tax. It was super easy to get an appointment with the fact that they have extended opening hours. It was a really comfortable office too.

Professional service in a timely and competent manner. Only criticisms is that office could be more private with partitions and a coffee and water machine would be great. However the rest was fine as usual.

H&R block have been my go to Tax people. They have a firm understanding and sit with you to ensure all corners are explored to get the maximum refund possible.

I have been using H&R Block, Spring Street, Bondi Junction for some years now with Sayan, and that must carry its own commendation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience meeting Donna ---. I learned about new tax rules obtaining, but would have appreciated a little more time in the office. No suggestions were made as to how to save on personal income tax, a bit of a disappointment -- if indeed such can be achieved in my circumstance.

I felt the tax consultant knew exactly what she was doing and worked towards getting the best refund she could for me. She also gave me tips for keeping records for next years return.

The staff at H&R block were friendly and were really great in finalising taxes. And offering good advice or options on how best to finalise things. And also the appointment time they were really flexible

Customer service excellent, staff are supportive and friendly, most importantly you enter the office someone comes and welcome you, my appointment was at 1.30pm but i arrived early, i was attended with no issues, i didn't have to wait for my appointment time. Thank you so much
