Do you have white Venetian blinds with strings to open/close rather than the stick?

Hi Andrea,
I already had the blinds track which I had changed from strings to a stick one. But I bought 5 x separate blind panels as I needed to replace 5.
We prefer what is called 'chain drive' which is what I think you mean by strings. All of our recent purchases have been chain drive and they all work really well. Plus the chain drive is quite light so if you have the window open it doesn't bang around like a wand might.

I have purchased aluminium shutter for bathroon and is very good. Thinking basswood for front bedrooms. Facing north and 40 degree days. Is the paint guaranteed and UV resistant?

Hi Tom, yes the paint is uv resistant all shutters have a 2yr warranty . You can use the aluminium shutters as well, most of our sales are now aluminium.

Hello, we put in an enquiry into your website and received a quote of $703 so we ordered some samples and became members. Once we received the samples we picked a colour and went back onto the website to order them and the price was increased to $ 1107. The promo code also didn’t work. Can this be sorted out? Cheers. Hi guys, I’ve installed the Venetian blinds but can’t seem to release the blinds down. I’ve tried pulling left as per the instructions. Is there any trick to this?

Hi Shahn D. Think you need to pull to right to release the blind. Also make sure all packing restraints are removed ie plastic bands etc.

Hello, I have a triple stack patio door measuring 3590 Internal. This is grater than your maximum for roller blinds. Is it possible to order multiple blinds, the type that fit closely together to minimise the gap? I have seen these in Office installations.

Hi Martin - you can order multiple blinds. With the triple stack door you might like to order 3 roller blinds and install with intermediate brackets, the three blinds can be linked using one control. There will be an approx. gap of 20mm in-between the blinds. When ordering please make a note in the comments section (the comments section is at the end before the delivery details) that the roller blinds are to be butted together, which side you would like the control on and note each of the blinds as A, B, C with which blinds will require the intermediate brackets. Folding arm awnings it fully retractable into casing. Can the casing color be power coated as extra can we have wind sensor and rain sensor and automation.what is the blind material made from and does it have a warranty? thanks

Hi Mel,
Thank you for your enquiry. The folding arm awning does retract fully but is not completely covered by the weather box it acts as more of a hooding.
The weather box and arms are white and there is no option for powder coating a different colour. The blind comes inclusive with automation with an option to add on a wind / motion sensor for an additional $270. The fabric is a pvc coated polyester fabric and comes with a two year warranty.
