Safe way to pressure, ideal for making tender and juicy foods
The pot has been doing a great job over 2 years. Unlike the pressure cooker, vacuum pot can open the lid any time to check the food with its one-touch control valve. It also has the sliding handle lock, it helps generate low pressure cooking which save energy and cook faster. It is safe for me after turn off gas and leave the food inside the pot, it still cooking itself for a period of time. h, i can keep the food fresh for a few day in the pot after heat up. I can also bring the pot out for gathering, it won't spilling on the way, and my friend's home using induction cooktop, it can use on induction cooktop too.
