In addition to top quality fruit and veg, the fact it is delivered in boxes and saves plastic bags is terrific. Imprefect picks are a great innovation too - I love this service and our family of 5 uses it weekly (and gets free delivery - yay)

This was our first delivery from Harris Farm as we typically go to the store. This was so convenient, the produce was perfect just as if we hand chose it ourself, the delivery person was polite and prompt. We will definitely continue ordering.

Very happy with the food and that it arrived within the booking window. I was disappointed with the number of plastic bags used for cold items. I should disclose that in my ideal world plastic bags would be unicorns (maybe not quite that rare but you get the idea). I shop at HF in Mosman so hoped their zero plastic bag policy would be reflected in my online order but not this time, or not yet anyway.

Your imperfect range is superb, if you could offer more veg/fruit within this range that would be fantastic.
Even better - organic imperfect.
It's annoying that you can't get fish in smaller quantities if you could then I would be placing a much bigger order.

First order with Harris Farm today. Order arrived at 9pm. After checking it off was missing a packet of chicken mince. Ordered 3 packs and only got 2. After chasing them up they delivered the missing pack a couple of days later.

Ordering online and getting a speedy cheerful delivery is so helpful. Everything as ordered and good
except***** one of my garlic bulbs was firm on the outside but mouldy and unusable inside. As it is such a small item, maybe you could replace it with my next order, thanks Ann

I have now received my first order from Harris Farm online. I was really impressed with the quality of your produce and service. If you maintain this level of quality in the future, you have certainly gained a new customer!

Convalescing at my daughters apartment in Sydney my daughter suggested Harris Farm as I would be om my own during the day. From hospital I made my order and on time the truck arrived with perfect produce. Refrigerated items were in insulated bags with ice and every item was fresh and delicious. I felt independent and could look forward to some delicases while house bound.

Ordered groceries online from Harris farm for the first time today and all I can say is wow!! Presentation and selection was beautiful. I'm a fan. Great selection of seafood, grass fed beef, cheeses and antipasto items available. Veggies and fruit were A1 pics. Now that I have a baby at home why go to the shops!!

They had everything I needed, easy to use system, produce & products were great quality, delivery same day I ordered it, friendly delivery man! I would definitely recommend it.

Fruit and vegetables were old and could not be eaten. Kiwi, zucchini were old and bruised and had to thrown away after unpacking the delivery. Raspberries were mouldy.

Harris Farm has always been my top go-to store for fresh, quality fruit and veg and other deli-style and international foods. Now that the Mosman store has expanded, it's just got even better. Keep up the good work!

I LOVE you guys and shop no where else for my fruit and veg (and other stuff too).
I loved your "Ugly veggies" campaign as I hate waste. Who knew so much got thrown out because it didn't look nice? and the fact that it supports the farmers (you know, the people that get up at the crack of dawn every day to tend their farms and animals) is a bonus.
and I'm now loving the "curious cuts". another great campaign!
