Excellent product range. Fresh quality foods. Huge amount of choice, however i haven't found all stores to be of high quality. Gold Coast store is excellent, quality, range, service and options are amazing. Clayfield store is horrible, bad service, products are often out of date -learnt to look now, small range, store unclean.
I have placed about 4 online orders with Harris Farm, 3/4 orders had several missing Items and produce that was rotten. I like the convenience of the ordering but expect better quality and also to receive all the items I paid for. It’s been disappointing.

I recently had a very unfortunate experience trying to make an online purchase through Harris Farm Markets. Throughout the transaction there was a string of little issues both in the ordering process and in the supply of what (I thought) I ordered. These were small issues that would be quickly and easily addressed by any business that cared about its customers and its reputation, and if it had been only one of these issues, I might have let it slide. But they added up to something that left me feeling cheated, and I could not let it slide. I’m ...
Read morenot going to detail those issues here because they are not worth the word space, and they are not the real problem. The real problems began when I tried to contact the so-called “Customer Service Team” to record my dissatisfaction. The first thing I noted when I phoned the customer service number was that I was talking to someone in a call centre in Manila, and from this I learn that HFM are happy to take advantage of the cheap wages in the developing world, rather than employ Australian people to do the work. Keep this in mind when you read in their website stuff about “showing love for local farmers and producers”, being “home to around 3,000 wonderful employees all with a common purpose, to reconnect Aussies with the joy of food” and “because we stand for more than just the good food we sell.” But the problems became obvious, and compounded themselves, when the person I was talking to was clearly unable to digest the range of issues that I was trying to explain to him. He was able to focus on only one issue – the fact that one item I had ordered and paid for had not arrived – and no more. He offered me a refund for that item, a totally inadequate solution that completely failed to acknowledge the string of other issues. It felt patronising. Perhaps this man had been taught to do this, to acknowledge only the easiest problem to solve, and hope that the rest would go away. Extremely dissatisfied with this response, I terminated that call and expressed my concerns in writing through the HFM online feedback form. I received an email response from someone – and I have no idea where in the world they were – that simply trotted out the same patronising crap. They again offered to refund the missing item, but added to that a gift voucher of $10. But they were still not able to acknowledge the string of other issues that were the cause of my dissatisfaction. I refused to accept the gift voucher as it was really just “shut up and go away” money that would allow HFM to kid themselves they had addressed my issues. So, the problems at HFM are that they use something that appears to be a customer service system, but to the dissatisfied customer who cannot penetrate the thick hide of that system, it comes across as merely a sham to create the illusion of customer service, in which you don’t get to speak to anyone who actually has the authority to fix genuine problems. All they can do is make petty offers of compensation, and hope you will shut up and go away. Meanwhile, this system also serves to insulate anyone with genuine authority, from responsibility. Systems like this do not serve customers, and businesses that employ such systems are not showing respect to either their customers or their staff. Until they give me a genuine response, and show an appetite for significantly improving their systems, I cannot shop at Harris Farm Markets again.- 2 reviews

Great products etc, as you'd expect fro HFM but I'd be happier if I could be left with less rubbish eg; the big delivery boxes are often less than full and the extra rubbish is a real pain in the A.
We have been ordering from Harris farm for few months now and we are overly satisfied!! Best products (fresh veggies, most tasteful cheese, great choice of meat, bread etc) and great service too! I never write reviews but they really deserve it.

Our first online order arrived well packaged & all fresh meat products with long use by dates
Variety & convenient
Live tracking
We were thrilled to see cases of Newtowners on sale for $20 each so we bought a few (well 10). Unfortunately this part of the order was not fulfilled and we were told the product was out of stock and not offered any substitutions despite HF selling nearly identical beers. Then, only one day after the order was supposed to be delivered the beers were put back up on the website at x3 the price, leading us to believe the 'out of stock' was deceptive to say the least. Boo to you HF.
Also, their emails ask you to submit a review, if you press the '0' stars is directs you to their website but if you click the '5' stars it takes you here. This is no doubt causing misleading reviews.

Second time ordering from Harris Farm Markets online & very happy to recommend them. Great range of items available including specialty items, competitive prices & prompt delivery. A special thank you to the lovely, polite & helpful young delivery driver, he is a credit to you. Looking forward to my next order & thank you!
Everything just worked. The ordering was easy.
Great the order doesn't time out. Payment with PayPal or card is bonus.
The delivery person — this week — carried the boxes on his shoulder, tipping them on their sides. This resulted in some damage to the softer produce. Better training or guidelines need to be ensured to avoid such behaviours.
This delivery was 2 hours later than the end of the 3 hour window we were given. We were planning to be out after 5 and my partner ended up missing his planned activity. He was watching the live tracking and saw that the driver stopped in Crows Nest at a non-delivery place about 45 mins before our delivery, even though he was late an hour at this point. When he arrived, he stopped at the wrong building and probably would have left our box at the wrong address and left, if my partner didn't spot him. If this is the level of service you offer, I ...
Read moredon't think we will bother shopping from them again. To top it all off, the service feedback survey is designed so poorly that it times out within a minute or so. As I was typing a long complaint, it kept on failing but luckily the 4th attempt was successful...Beautiful fresh produce, well packed, had everything we ordered from juice to yoghurt to sourdough to meat. Next day delivery. Great communication throughout, with updates to our order advising when the order had been picked and with advice in writing of what had been packed and if they were out of stock of anything we ordered/ refund details ( which didn’t apply to us). We got a text message with an ETA when the delivery truck had left the shop and another text once it was delivered. We did three online orders in the past week due to the whole...
Read more family having covid. We had never done online grocery shopping before. We did an order with the 2 big supermarkets and 1 with Harris Farm. I have to say on first impressions that Harris Farm was our best experience from the clear communication, to the quality of the produce, to having some of our favourite meat and yoghurt which the others either didn’t have in stock or don’t stock. Thank you Harris Farm !!Easy to use delivery service was great & so quick order yesterday delivered today . The tomatoes smell wonderful, only store that had the rice I needed.
This was our first order and as we were in isolation it was fabulous to receive all the beautiful fresh vegies to keep us going throughout the 7 days. Now to get cooking!

Prompt service as always. May not have everything in stock when ordering. This is not an issue as refunds are immediately attended to if this is the case.
