HFM has a great variety of fresh fruits & vegetables, as well as other foodstuff. I look forward to the weekly specials - good value.

Love having Harris Farm just down the road, the fruit and veggies are always fresh. Also like being informed of weekly specials online.
Staff are friendly and knowledgable

Cheery, knowledgeable, observant staff - one noticed that an apple in a pre-packed bag I was buying had a bad spot wouldn't sell it to me! I hadn't noticed it and she was obviously examining everything that came across her.
I go once a week on the same day for about 30-40 minutes. one week I was a day late and got a cheery comment about the difference. I was interested to see how aware the staff were of a customer's patterns.

Store is fairly well stocked and staff has been helpful! Fruits and vegetables are fresh and do like the specials. Don't mind the imperfect range which is very good value.

I never buy fruit and vegetables from any where else but Harris farm, everything is so fresh, it last much longer in the fresh and the staff are very friendly.

The dairy and other products are good quality and good prices. I particularly like the organic products. You are stocking the gluten free or low gluten products

The produce is of an excellent quality. Wide selection of Australian produce. This store has it all, fruit n veg, fish, meat and the best florist ever

The produce is always fresh and the service is most helpful; never any problems; staff always willing to help with weighty purchases and the guy who helps with parking... Well he is a bonus.

Always a wide variety of produce. Love the odd shaped fruit and vegetables! The Cheeses are good too! But the people at Willoughby are ALWAYS polite, helpful and smiling. Great place to shop!

I can always be sure that the produce I get from Harris Farm Willoughby is fresh and delicious. The specials are also of good quality. Cant praise it enough...... Parking could be improved though.

They were late but gave me a credit for next time. Staff on phone and delivery were really nice. I asked for a gluten free product to be available online and they included it in the order.

I first got a phone call to say what's not available, then 2 deliveries over 3 hours, as one box was missing, and then one item was still missing. All staff were very helpful, but it took me a long time to verify what was delivered. (A large order of $600+) It would help if "all items" were kept together on your order lists....for e.g. blueberries are in 2 places, because of two kinds, apples, mangoes, the same. Also, it is not very clear whether you are buying 5 potatoes or 5 Kg.

Ordered a huge order at 1am and had it delivered that same day!
Everything was so fresh - produce I would have selected myself. Having used Coles where I received out of date, broken, missing or moudly products and had to argue for a refund (instead of the credit they offered me), this service was amazingly accurate and efficient. They even refunded the slight difference in costs.
So impressed.

I would have given Harris Farm an Excellent but your website is not set up as well as it could be.

You need to either get rid of quoting a unit price and a per kilo price or you need to make each pull down menu option so shoppers can either # enter units or # kgs. Also sometimes your unit price is higher than the per kilo price when it shouldn't be. I can understand that on items like Watermelon but sorry way too confusing. I never know if i'm requesting 1 peach or 1 kg of peaches and i want to be able to know.
Apart from the above problem. Everything else is brilliant. One stop shop. Fresh food, absolutely lovely meat (most of the time).

Quality I love from HFM, delivered to my front door. Perfect to come home from a trip away to some great fruit and veg. It would be great to have more of the specials advertised on screen (it did have some, but would be great to have more), as well as some more of the 'bucket specials' I often find in-store.
Easy to order
I tried to deduct the $10 from my first order but it put me under the $50 mark, so I had to pay $20 for shipping. Didn't end up using the discount in the end.

Have not had a problem yet other than if they have run out of stock (ie. fresh bread) Fresh, loosely packed so that herbs and soft items are not crushed, on time delivery. Everything from seafood and meat to dairy and fruit and veg. Can't go wrong with Harris Farm. Congrats!
