Honestly this has to be the worst app, I have had non stop issues with this app from day one. They have now added ads on it which get stuck on repeat?

I have had nothing but issues with app. If I pause it and the screen goes black, the episode I'm watching restarts. Last night logged me out and I could not get back into the app whatsoever, kept coming up with error. There is no technical support, nor is the response for support done in a timely manner. Blame is shifted that it's something wrong with your device. However last night I tried on my phone, iPad and tv through Fetch TV - all platforms that it has worked on previously. Issues happen, however in this day and age, you should be able to pay for a service and have the support there for the service you are paying for. Step up your game Hayu!

The only issue I have is sometimes it freezes, iam with telus, and there very supporting
Other wise no other issues, I canceled hayu for us while, and subscribed again, same freezing issue, I guess they don’t plan on fixing the problem

The service is full of technical glitches on the app and website, the download episodes do not work and episodes constantly freeze and quit and then resume from the beginning. Customer service was also poor in helping me resolve a billing issue where 2 accounts were incorrectly created when I first set up the account and one was never used.

There are always issues/glitches with loading the app, shows not loading properly, having to log in over and over again. It’s easier to stream the shows on hayu via different outlets and saving the monthly fee.

Have repeatedly tried and failed to watch any tv show consistently. The website is incredibly buggy. The videos stop playing at certain points and fail to load. Some episodes are mixed up with others so you think you're watching say, episode 10, but it's playing episode 8 of a different season. I've never come across such a technically erroneous streaming service before. Ever. There is also no feedback or complaints service so you're just abandoned by Hayu to swallow their garbage.

I can't even log in. Signing in never finishes. Don't bother with a subscription. The most poorly designed site I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Multiple attempts made on google chrome. I would upload a payment

Was looking forward to catching up with the housewives episodes I had missed . Very disappointed when the episodes would not load as the app is so sluggish and all I get is a loop going around . Very dissatisfied

Appalling service, could not stream a full episode of anything in one go. Emailed to cancel on the 11th October one day before my trial ended and they "ignored it" they sent me an email from an unmonitored email box, handy ay.

I provided screenshots that I canceled and I had not watched any shows in that month, but the refused to refund me. I got a refund through my credit card company! My own credit card company paid this terrible companys bill!

Have to empty my browser cache every 2 episodes because it freezes and won't reload. Constantly gets stuck repeating the same 5 mins of content over and over you can't skip or reload, you have to close it, empty cache and reload and find your place again. ios app not much better - constantly failing and requiring me to reload the episode or restart the app. This "service" is an absolute piece of junk.

2 minutes into a show- error message appears- will not re-load- disgraceful "service"
Have had multiple problems in the past - this possibly the worst because I just get settled into the program and - yep- here we go again! Hayu doesn't deserve 1 star!

Video's never load or will cut out mid way through. So scabby and budget, they need a serious update.
Difficult to just browse show's, its extremely messy and useless.

I regret subscribing to Hayu, it is the worst streaming platform. I subscribed and watched one episode however it would not play any more episodes. I've tried different browsers, but it does not work on safari or chrome and the app does not work either. So disappointing, waste of time and money.

I tried to log in and had forgotten my password, when I tried to change it it did not go through multiple times and then when I try to access the help area it's restricted so you can only access when signed in which makes no sense when you can't log in. After this experience I'm unsubbing (which is proving difficult while I don't have access to my account) and I will no doubt be billed for this month even though I haven't used it and have been trying to cancel. Absolute scam.

Terrible UI, very difficult to navigate and use. I couldn't watch more than a few minutes before an error appeared and wouldn't let me watch that episode anymore. Once I unsubscribed, I was still billed for another two months. Definitely not worth it.

The iOS app never works. Cant use the safari version because of it freezing. The firestick app doesn't work. Such a waste of money when you can never use it.

I had the same issues as everyone else here - could barely watch 5 minutes without an 'error', and mostly couldn't watch anything at all. Terrible site, unsure how it exists!
