How do i set the fridge/ freezer temperature? When I think I've done it, it then reverts back to 2 degrees for the fridge and everything gets frozen! How do i make it stay on what i want it to be?

Just bought new fridge Freezer Model # HR6SBSFF624SW
Followed instruction manual as required. Freezer has started Fridge displays Er and is not working.
Instruction manual does not indicate what is required when Er message is displayed.
Would like to know what next?
Note: Have tried switch off for 5 min -to reset settings did not work.

Hi Graham, ER is referring to Refrigerator temperature display area, if it is impacting the compartments please call Hisense on 1800 447 367 when you are near the fridge to assist you further .

My fridge has all of a sudden started randomly flashing and beeping. All the display lights come on while beeping. It happens numerous times throughout the day. How can I fix this. Is there anyone who has had this happen before ???

The fridge light works intermittently. I think it is the switch itself. Same switch in freezer ok. Any thoughts. Still under warranty

Hi there, mine has just started in the last week doing this also and out of nowhere starts beeping for like 5 minutes at a time and the lcd display flashes on and off, its just really bad quality, I would contact them I think Im going to do the same as time goes on I just seem to be having more problems unfortunately

Got the exact same issue on mine. The light only works sometimes when opening the door. Have had it since 1 year of ownership. Now it's out of warranty, but maybe Hisense will assist under my statutory rights in compliance with the ACL. Let's see.

What degrees should the fridge be set at? I’ve lost my manual, the lowest setting seems to be 2 and under that it goes to OF, what does that mean does anyone know ?

No not really it seemed to start keeping cool again, still not sure if I have it set correctly or not !
This happens to mine every few weeks as i have a themometer in there sits on 12 all day then goes back down to 0-4 sometimes less even if its set to 4
