Fantastic!
Best formula. Baby gulps it down and honestly prefers it more than my milk! Never once made her constipated and gives me 1 or 2 poo nappies a day. Expensive but sooo worth it highly recommend.
Purchased in July 2021 at Terra Madre for A$23.95.

Holle organic goat milk infant formula
This formula is fantastic, hence all the baby awards. I use it as a top up after breastfeeding and my baby loves it.. no more tummy aches. Would recommend to mums looking for something similar to breastmilk. I tried cows milk formula (nestle) and my baby would suffer from tummy aches and she would poo green. I’m so happy I made the change and I’m not looking back.

Great formula
We switched to this formula after our baby wasn't doing so well on the previous formula. After the switch she was happier slept a little better too. Easy to prepare, but needs a good shake. Hard to find (we purchase online) and a little expensive, but worth it. Great for sensitive babies

Best Powdered Formula Available!
Highly recommend this formula. It is pricey and takes a while to arrive in the US, so I only use it when I travel and am unable to make my baby formula (using the Nourishing Traditions Recipe). My baby had no adverse side effects to drinking this formula and I was completely pleased with this product.

Excellent infant formula for cows milk. Also try the goats milk option.
If your baby has reactions to the cow milk formula the Holle organic goat formula for 0-6 months is also excellent. Baby loves both and sometimes we do a combo of cow and goat because the goat milk is double the price. Sometimes when I've opened the box there's been no measuring spoon in there. So I would advise to keep the measuring spoon from an old box and re-use it in case you don't get one the next time. Also, it's very often out of stock so if I find some I buy several boxes at once.

It stinks
The positive side: it is organic and there is not much option available for organic.
The negative side: this formula stinks really badly the smell in his clothes and bibs is unbearable...
Especially because my baby has reflux and vomits a lot, the smell sticks everywhere. I just couldn't finish the whole box Because it stinks.
PLUS THE PRICE I PAID WAS $45 at About Life for a little box... then saw it at IGA for almost half of the price

Happy baby and happy Mama.
My grandaughter wouldn't latch and after a month of my daughter pumping and topping up with formula she was desperate as baby was very colicky!!!!!After reading reviews ordered online. Immediately she settled and began to settle.Much more settled tummy and poops as if she is breastfed. Easy to mix and light on baby's stomach.Side effects?Just one happy baba!!!!!Highly recommend and she even smells better!!!!!!

Our baby loves it!
The milk preparation is very easy. We tried various brands of formula milk on the market but thanks to my sister who recommended this site [weblink removed] to us. We tried Holle organic formula and decided to stick with it. Our baby can finish his bottle with this milk and we notice the big difference between Holle and other formula milk. With Holle, he sleeps well and is getting stronger and healthier each day!

Great Formula!
Easy to prepare, baby loves it. Have transitioned to the follow on formula and no problems :) It is expensive, but baby is getting high quality organic formula and he is mostly breastfed so trying to keep as natural as possible :) Also love the Goat milk formula. Will keep buying.

Excellent!!
This formula is great! Baby loves it and poops exactly like when breastfed. Gentle on tummy. I pour the formula powder into a large air tight glass jar so it's easier to use when preparing. Only thing it doesn't contain is dha and probiotics so I add this in. Very happy and worth the price knowing I'm feeding my baby the next best.

Great match with our baby
We tried most cow based and goat based formula and so far, Holle is the one which bub loves so far.
Nice smell, easy to digest, he poops daily (unlike other formula where he poops after 2 or 3 days), burps well
and generally gentle on tummy. It comes with a price but it it's worth it!

Perfect baby formula
Free from all the nasties compared to other formulas this European product is perfect if you are looking to supplement or replace breastfeeding.
Easily digested, organic and good for babies.
My son has been using it since birth(3 months now) and has no digestive issues with this formula, compared to other brands we tried.

Love this formula
My first 2 children refused to drink formula (cows milk) and continuously spat up and felt unwell, but my 3rd child loves Holle goat milk formula without any issues at all. Although the product is more expensive than other brands, it's well worth it and being organic is a huge plus. Definitely recommend.

Excellent
We tried Karicare Goats formula first as thats what was recommended, we ended up in hospital as my baby boy became constipated! Once he started on Holle Organice he started poo-ing again that day! I still breast feed (supply is going down) and give him 3 feeds a day of formula. Works well, i get a break and he sleeps better. Since starting on Holle we have had 4 sleep through nights. Winning!

Sienna ❤️'s it!
Tried various other popular infant formula brands when my breast milk ceased.. Those well know popular brands caused her constipation followed by diarrhoea, serve stomach cramps, body & face rash & was unsettled.. Holle Organic infant Formula changed that all around.. Sienna loves it, often wants more! She sleeps more constantly & all the above symptoms suffered from other brands were gone! Try it :-)

Didn't work for us
This formula was my last resort. It unfortunately made my baby extremely constipated and after the 5th day he wouldn't drink it. I don't think he liked the taste. 2 stars for being organic though.

Couldn't be happier.
I wanted a formula that was organic, gentle on tummies and actually smelt and looked normal. My baby was mixed fed from early on and didn't notice a difference between my breastmilk or the formula. Haven't had any problems with gas or reflux. I prepare it the same as any other formula with no issues. And I store it in an air tight container to last 3-4 weeks. It is a little more expensive than other formulas but it's definitely worth it.
Next best thing to breast milk. Gentle on tummies and organic.
A little expensive but if you shop around (online) you can get it cheap.

Choose the right one for my child
After reading the reviews, I have decided to give a go to try on this formula for my baby boy.
it smells nice compare to Nan HA and my baby boy is happy with it too.
It's expensive and not widely available at all the shops, but I believe it's worth it especially for the first 6 months for the baby.
No upset stomach and smells like milk!
Expensive, not available at all shops

The perfect alternative to breast milk!
We LOVE Holle Infant Formula 1! We used it for our son when I struggled with my supply. We had tried s26 gold but it smelt awful (like boiled potato) and gave him lots of wind and made him chuck. So despite the cost we decided to try Holle. The first thing I noticed is it smelt ok. My son loved the taste and he stopped chucking and the wind went away. We then moved on to the rest of the Holle range and never looked back! It's the only formula I would consider giving my kids without feeling any guilt because I know I'm giving them the best.

Amazing. The formula you've been searching for.
My daughter was mixed fed from 6 weeks (due to supply and latching issues) and we could not find a formula that didn't give her an upset stomach. Once my breast milk eventually dried up (3.5 months) we went through a very tough time trying to find a formula that didn't make her extremely constipated or the other extreme, explosive diarrhea. Also, all the formulas seemed to give her chronic wind, so the result was one sick and tired baby. Not to mention her parents were feeling the same!!
Finally I tried Holle - it was our 6th formula!! I di...Read more
dn't have too many high hopes but... it is amazing. She absolutely adores it. No wind and steady, soft, non-offensive bowel movements. There is no straining and no tummy aches to speak of. The only thing I have noticed is that she wants more after we give her one bottle but that could be a growth spurt?? After one week she has done a 180 degree turn. The relief is unreal. The whole house is getting some sleep - the dog's happy too! My only qualm is that is costs a fortune!!! compared to other formulas and it only comes in 400g boxes - tin formulas are around 800g. She's a very hungry baby and it going through close to three boxes per week. And also, it's hard to find. I have found one supplier in my town and also one that is priced well online. Hopefully we can stick it out for the next few months until solids are introduced. I couldn't go back to the others after this. Everything. It's amazingly good. The price!! Far too expensive. Some serious budgeting is required.1 comment

My son is 8 months old and I am thinking about switching his milk to Holle goat and I wanted to know about the taste. I have tried Gerber Organic milk and he would not drink it at all. how is the taste if my son has already gotten use to the US based formula that is, what I seem to think, is sweet unlike organic?

My girl likes the taste even though I think the smell is a bit strong she is 6 months now and we have started no2.. I don’t think it’s sweet but then again I haven’t tried any US formulas.. up to you really..

I just prepared Holle Goat Milk formula for the first time and noticed that there are clumps is that normal?
3 answers
It is but you need to shake it really well so it dissolves. I noticed clumps when formula was close to expiry date and also when we did not close the box properly and air got in.
Thanks for confirming Jasna! I did double check the expiration date on the package and it said Feb 2018 and it was a brand new box that I opened, I also tasted the milk to make sure it didn't taste spoiled and it tasted fine, I just was not sure about the clumps. Thanks again =)
agree with Jasna. it can be the air. just make sure you shake it well in boiled water.

Hi! I would like to know if somebody has the same issues as my daughter.
She was having fevers that comes and goes and loosing hair since feeding her with Holle. She is 3 months old and I'm mixing the formula with purified bottle water (not boiled) and Nordics Organic Baby DHA. I also use probiotics from Narrow babies.
She doesn't have any other symptoms only low grade fever every other day and hair loss.
I stopped the formula about a week ago and the fevers have disappeared the same day that I fed her with other formula, also the hair loss. I stopped also the Dha and probiotics with it.
Any thoughts?
Have you heard about it? It looks like intoxication to me.
Thank you.

If you are not breastfeeding, looking for a good formula try Honest company organic babyformula. It's sold online & target as well. they are helpful there number is 1 (888) 862-8818 do not five the baby tap water or any other water if not boiled. Boil her water and let it cool . But if possible buy nursery water with NO FLOURIDE. I'm sorry to hear about your little baby having fever & loosing hair. I have a 4 year old and 4 month old infant so my heart goes out to how you feel.
Hi yolita I also wanted to mention the honest formula you will need to buy the dha drops separate but it will last a while. You only use it once a day in a bottle. But I would not give tour baby anything extra, only a good formula and read if it comes with dha or not & if it doesnt then you buy the dha drops separate. What does your pediatrician say about hair loss and fever ?
