I bought a home cheese making starter kit. They took payment immediately and then for a week no communication. I emailed for an update on the order status and was told there was a delay, the product was coming from a store to the warehouse and would then be shipped to me (why not get the store to send it to me?). I received the product 10 days after making the order and it was incomplete, used(with food stuffs on it and the wooden board was cracked - I have to assume it is the display model. I won't be shopping with this mob again.
