Excellent compact and functional printer
The compactness of the printer is the main reason for purchase and all features/functions work as expected.
Quality of print/scan/copy all very good and the wireless function via PC or HP Smart mobile (Android) is very simple to use and reliable.
A bit too early to comment on ink cartridge longevity, but it's a trade-off from the significantly larger 6 cartridge Epson Stylus Photo TX650.

pure frustrating rubbish
Takes HOURS to connect and then disconnects automatically. You then have to go remove the printer again, and start from scratch every time you need to print one stupid page. It is quicker to walk to the library and print there. Actually, that's what I advise--save the world from more plastic garbage. Horrible product.

Smart and compact
I purchased this off ebay. It was a good price and does printing and scanning. When I received this item, I was surprised at how compact and easy to use this was. I just use it for home use and for me it is perfect. You can even use an app on your phone from anywhere and send it for the printer to print for you! They quality of print is fantastic. I am extremely happy with my little printer!

Bad Printer
Wasn't originally going to get it but most of the printers around this price range didn't have great reviews
I've only had issues when using this printer, these issues include:
- Trouble connecting to the network, so your printer may not be online sometimes
- Issues with scanning, the feed through scanner is horrible to use and you will never get a perfectly aligned scan
- Issues connecting with computers, the device drivers don't seem to work for every computer properly
- Almost forced to use their own software to set up your printer
- I get worried every time I want to print because 30% of the time there is some unknown error. Though it usually resolves itself
I would definitely not get this printer again and I don't recommend to anyone
Purchased at Officeworks Physical store for $59.00.

I LOATH this printer
I have had this printer for around a year and its terrible. I have had to stuff around with realigning the cartridges 3 times already. It's so unreliable! I have used it to print maybe 50 pages TOTAL since purchased and it never has good print quality. More trouble than its worth, I wish I never purchased it.
Purchased at Officeworks.

HP all in one 3720 printer
A good little backup printer, does everything as expected, but, don't use to print photos. The colour is poor and you'll be disappointed. Black is good. Only 2 cartridges and a tad expensive but they all are these days.
Purchased in March 2021 at Officeworks Physical store for $45.00.

Very Happy
We travel for long periods of time and as such need to take a lightweight printer/scanner with us. We had invested in another well known brand product for around $350 and always found it to be a poor product and about a kilo heavier than this one. Although we were somewhat dubious about the HP3720 due to the price, we bought it anyway, installed it in about 5 minutes and are astounded at just how good this little thing is. The print quality leaves the other one for dead, the paper-feed actually works and it scans just fine to either jpeg or PDF. Can't ask for more.
Purchased in February 2021 at Officeworks for $55.00.

Slow, Wifi Connection Issues, Ink Runs Out Too Fast.
I needed a printer for my studies to be able to print my module and assessment scores off and put them into my folders. I bought this printer from Officeworks on special for $59, also bought colour ink and black and white ink for the printer. This being a print, scan, copy, web printer and not needing to have any cords connecting to a laptop or computer is supposed to make it all so much easier for us so we decided it was the best to choose.
I wish I had read reviews and asked around before purchasing.

Super bad printer
Bought 1 from Office work 2 months ago, didn't expect too much for the price $79. This is the most terrible printer I have ever used. Print 1 page in 1 minute !!!! OMG. Tried to update driver, everything but printing speed stay the same.

Great MFP or All-in-one printer
My mother bought me this great little printer the other day and I am so happy with it. I'm in a small townhouse so space is a premium and this printer-scanner-copier takes up so little room - half the size of a regular device. And it's wireless so I can be downstairs and print to the printer upstairs. And, there has been no trade-off when it comes to quality. Both black and white and colour prints are as good as the ones I do at work. I can highly recommend this one.

The printer was easy to setup but when printing the ink door opens rather than the paper going through the paper tray. Can anyone help?

Anyone else have an issue with the connection to wifi?
It would not allow it to connect to the homes NBN and I had to switch on my phones wifi to connect it to that and now every time I want to print I have to use the phones hotspot.
