HP Laptop

Bought from the Good Guys, for son for high school. Never again, after only 4 months of minimal use the laptop died. Took it back for warranty only to be told that it would take 5-10 days ok sounded reasonable. After day 14 I rang good guys only to get the run around and was told to contact HP, which I did and was told my laptop has been sent to Singapore to be fixed. Really in this day and age we cannot fix it in Australia. Contacted Good Guys again to speak with manager who didn’t believe me that it had been sent to Singapore to be fixed. I was contacted at 5-30 by staff member of Good Guys who said yes all HP laptops were sent to Singapore. Really sad when we cannot even fix a laptop. Never again

Never worked properly. From the start the screen was glitching, was fixed under warranty, came back and now won't stop freezing! Waste of money and time, I have now switched to an Apple I love it, so fast and sleek. Always bought HP before, but now I would never buy HP again.
