Best nappy on the market!
I have used Huggies for my 17mnth old since he was born. I've tried several other brands which most were ok but he tended to leak very easily while sleeping in some. 6mnths ago I found the Huggies nappies 'leaking' the absorbent substance inside the nappy which was a little irritating but not had that happen in ages.
Peace of mind, price has reduced again in most stores

Great diaper but too expensive
I have tried a lot of different diapers and was really happy with Huggies. They fit well and have great designs. I can trust them not to leak during the night. I do find them to be too expensive and not worth the extra cost, there are some other great brands that perform just as well at a cheaper price
fantastic fit

Always Great
I have tried several brands of nappies, generally buying the brands on sale, but after several poor choices I am sticking with Huggies. They are alway reliable, good quality and I have never had them break or leak. The patterns are always lovely, and even as my son gets more mobile they still retain their durability while he plays. We have now gone through several bouts of gastro illness with them, and they have always kept things contained. I have never had a problem with nappy rash when using Huggies.
Great quality, always reliable and gentle on babies bum
Unless bought on sale, can be expensive

Hooray for Huggies!
As a mother of two and a third on the way I've tried many brands of nappies over the years but none compare in the reliability stakes to Huggies. I have two boys so cannot vouch for the girls variety (even though we had a small pack bought for us by a kind meaning relative when my first son was young!) As a key market player for many years Huggies have invested a tonne of cash into R&D to get the nappies correct for boys and the results show as the nappies stay a lot drier and leak less than other brands. This is not to say that they don't or w...Read more
on't ever leak but the chances are less likely with Huggies. Baby stays drier at night too and sleeps more soundly as the wetness is drawn away from the skin keeping baby more comfortable and allowing mummy more rest. Hoorray for Huggies! Always reliable More expensive than other brands

What's happened?! Your quality has dropped
I'm a mother of 3. I used Huggies on my boy born in 2008 & never had any dramas & on my daughter born 2010. My 3rd daughter born in Feb 2012 an I used Huggies newborns they were great I loved the new wet indicator too! As soon as we moved up in size the quality turned poor :( I had two packets replaced as I kept getting faulty batches an tabs tearing off & inner eladtic tear everytime I'd open one to put on her! Also they felt so thin! I noticed they started causing her extremly bad nappy rash too! An the smell of urine was bad in them! Like th...Read more
ey don't breath? An I change my baby very frequently. I always loved Huggies but these past 5 months I have to be honest Baby Love has out shined you! Better quality & value for money. I'd sort your product quality out as I'm not the first to think something has changed with the nappies over the months. Quality has gotten poor & less value for moneySimilar opinion? Great nappy, but now you get less for the same price
Have been using Huggies nappies on my son for the past 2 years. However, I noticed in the last few months the box size of the Toddler nappies has changed and you only get 72 nappies in the box instead of 81, meanwhile the price has remained the same. I am extremely disappointed in Huggies for doing this, and will now be switching to a different brand.
Good quality absorbent nappy
Company got greedy and you now get less for your money

I used to be a Huggies mum...
I started out using Huggies and have used every size since my baby was little. While they all fit my baby very well, as time has gone on I found they weren't as absorbent as they used to be, and I often found the little absorbency crystals on my baby's skin after taking them off (whether it'd been on for a couple of hours, or overnight).
While they are the most famous brand and many people buy them on name alone, you do pay for the big brand name. I don't think they're as good quality and reliable (anymore) as everyone says they are, and I ...Read more
think once you've shopped around like I have you find that the name means less and quality and value for money mean more. Fit well, cute pictures and gender specific designs Expensive, don't seem to work as well as they used to, leave absorbant crystals on my baby's skin2 comments

Huggies Nappies in General
Huggies nappies are extremely absorbent and soft on little tushies, and very little leaks day or night. Are made to fit around little bottoms. Have tried all the other brands, and nothing beats huggies. Suitable for both boys and girls, and are not built as a unisex nappy. All in all a brand that I would recommend to any mum of a child (boy or girl) of any age.
absorbancy and fit

Reliable & Very Absorbent
I have tried every brand of disposable nappies..and I always come back to Huggies. My son is now in toddler sizing and is still the same quality and fitting as infant and crawler. It holds overnight and never comes un done. Despite being a wriggly monkey, they are generally pretty good to get on also.
Good fit and Absorbency
More expensive than other brands

Reliable brand
I found Huggies nappies are best since it lasts overnight without any leaks. Also love the contoured shape which fits the child's perfectly. I found this feature is the best since other brands don't. It makes changing nappies easier and quicker and I think more comfortable to wear for the child. The stretch band also very strecthy so it doesn't restrict child's tummy.
Contoured shape, reliable, dry for longer
A bit pricey but always stock up on specials

The best nappy with the most expensive price.
Totally the best quality nappy around. Although as my child tends to grow toward the larger end i find i have to go to the next size up as the waist bands become too small for same weight group. I always buy the bulk boxes and wish that they would put more nappies inside it instead of taking more out and charging the same price.
quality,
expensive

Pampers vs Huggies!! Please read!
I have been using Huggies since my son was a newborn & automatically decided they were the best type of nappy on the shelves because of the marketing/packaging & sterotyping amoungst Australian consumers/Mothers & health care professionals.
After finding chafe on bubbies inner thighs from the rough outer, red marks on his legs because of tight leg elastic & him having a red rash on his upper thigh from the constant rubbing of the sticky tabs on Huggies I was on a mission & began trialing almost EVERY nappy avaliable to see if i could find ...Read more
something that was a better fit while being super absorbent... but had no luck. (My boy would even break out in a rash from the cheaper brands sometimes) I decided to give Pampers a try.. If these were awful i had decided i would stay loyal to Huggies & stop my search for 'the perfect nappy'. After using them on my son for the first time i was VERY skeptical, they smell nice (kind of like baby powder), have nice stretchy side panels & feel super soft on the inside and outside, but because they are so thin didn't trust them - I didn't think they would hold up well over night. (12 hours) I decided to do a water test before putting one on him over night (Save myself changing & washing the sheets/clothes etc if they were bad) & this was my finding...Similar opinion? Trusting brand
I use both Huggies and Aldi but you can't go wrong with Huggies. They never leak and the nappies are of sound quality. I also tried Baby Love but always end up back with Huggies as they are reliable. Baby can stay in nappy overnight.
Very absorbent, reliable nappy
Expensive but you pay for what you get

Best disposables I have used!
We have tried many different brands since our son, now 20 months, was born but have always found ourselves going back to Huggies, they seem to be the only brand absorbant enough to keep him dry throughout the night & long enough to cover past his belly button. Pricing has also improved alot since he was born, we no longer need to stock up when they are on sale.
Absorbant, convienient.

Good Quality but expensive
The huggies are a great nappy for night time or if a child needs to go for an extended time without a change. However they are very costly in comparison with other brands.
Child can usually go all night without getting wet clothes bedding etc.
For a day time nappy when you are changing more regularly another brand would be more cost effective. Eg baby love.

Best nappies on the market
These nappies have been great - never had a leak overnight with either of my 2 children. tried babylove & snugglers & mamia, but they just weren't as comfortable, well-fitted or absorbent. They fit properly and are worth the extra cost - which isn't too much extra if you stock up when they're on sale! Best nappies out!
everything. absorbency, comfort, well-fitted in all sizes up to & including toddler (haven't required larger sizes).
on the expensive side, although worth it - just buy them on sale!!!

Am really disappointed lately with what has been a brilliant brand in the past.
I have used Huggies nappies with all 4 of my children over the last 10 years. They have been a bit more expensive but worth it .I have always found them to be superior to other brands until recently. Over the last year I have noticed that they have become too thin and they fill up really quickly. I used to be able to leave baby in the same nappy for about 4 hours easily (if they hadn't dirtied of course). Now I find the front of the boy nappies fill up within an hour or two and feel really puffy. They don't seem to be spreading the wee out...Read more
evenly. I have also had about 8 dirty nappy leaks over the last month ( which is more than I've had in total with my other children in all the time I've been using nappies). My little boy is well within the weight range and they seem to fit well. I've complained to Huggies who have great customer service and sent me a replacement box - but I just want them to go back to the way they were as with 4 children I don't have time for any surprises!!! I'm so disappointed with them now. Fit well and seem to be comfortable on baby. Customer service is excellent. Have messed about with a winning formula and are now too thin - needing replacing more regularly (which is expensive) and being less reliable. If anyone from Huggies reads this, please, please, please go back to the way they used to be!!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I noticed more than the box sizes getting smaller.. the nappies are thinner than ever! I've switched after my Daughter suffered an allergic reaction. I'm yet to receive an explanation from them.
