I am upset as I wanted my subscription cancelled.. I did not like any of the products I received in the first box but they wouldn't cancel my subscription because I'd been given a complimenty glass bottle at the beginning and there by stuck in a contract paying for deliveries which I couldn't stop or afford! I am now out of pocket $147.80.. basically 10 days worth of food shopping.. This will probably be taken down which is sad..

They have decided to help themselves to my more of my money and have claimed its a contract and wont refund it. $65 is alot to take and not refund.

I've tried most things from Hummingbird and have loved everything. Customer service is always very fast and friendly. Im glad they have offered one off purchases instead of subscriptions now as I can't always afford it. However, they are constantly having deals like up to 50% storewide which is amazing so I'd suggest waiting for that. All ingredients are good for you and there are no hidden nasties. Will be buying again and again.

Signed up with the free deal. Ended up only using half the blendies. They were a bit tasteless. When I had the smoothies for breakfast I was starving for the entire day.
Beware of the current deal they have going. Getting the first pack free means you've signed up for four subscriptions. There was no minimum requirement mentioned during the sign up process. Trying to cancel has been frustrating. They just keep repeating the same information at me.

I ordered as an encouragement to try get myself to eat breakfast instead, I found that my three year old can not get enough! I add yoghurt and fruit perfect!

This is a great product. I had an infection from a tooth that went into my face and I used the cleansing blendie as a healing smoothie and it worked an absolute treat. Thank you Hummingbird

Love the h.bird products, yummy and healthy and the best customer service ever!! I have muesli for brekky every morning in my free mug! Bit disappointed that the blendies don't blend very well and too much packaging but they taste great. My flask was faulty so they replaced it straight away! The free trial of the products is a great marketing strategy and I made use of the $30 off code to get more free products! Would highly recommend to anyone

I got automatically charged for a subscription I had cancelled. I sent an email asking to rectify the issue and I had a response, apology and refund promptly. I'm really impressed with their friendly customer service and will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thanks again Hummingbird!

Great products but even better customer service. I have had a few issues with Australia post and one item that they lost was my hummingbird pack. I contacted hummingbird and within five minutes had a new pack sent out to me and promised that they would follow up with Australia post as I shouldn't have to. Also told that if my missing pack happens to also be delivered aswell as the new one then to keep them both and share with my friends and family which I thought was lovely. Most other companies would require you to send it back. Can't fault the customer service team. Great work

I ordered the 1 month pay for shipping then 1 month later they charge my bank account again without ordering.
As product was hard and made me sick gave me headaches

I purchased Hummingbirds 4 month reset subscription. I received my first box earlier this week, this is the first time in my life I have adhered to the idea of breakfast, I have thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies I have made and even more so knowing that they actually contain healthy ingredients. More so surprisingly I LOVED the muesli, I was given it as part of the first month and its so unbelievably good! I take it to work with me on my night shifts and it ensures that I eat my breakfast in the morning as I purchase yoghurt at work and have a great end to my night shift.
I couldnt recommend hummingbird enough. Truly a work of art.

Tastes absolutely amazing! Easy to prepare, easy on the go, and just tastes so good! Every morning Ill have either muesli, granola or porridge, gives me a delicious variety every morning!

Absolutely adore my Hummingbird products - especially the Blendies!! Absolute game changer for me for breakfast - as someone who normally skips brekkie, this offers me a quick, healthy and delicious option!
