Used maybe 3 times won’t charge won’t turn on how do we get these questions answered I noticed nobody has answered anyone’s questions on here????? I’ll take a guess at the answer this product is a ripoff apparently that’s why!

Why does the handle get hot when I charge it?
It has always worked but it also has gotten hot since I bought it.

Because it is a truly lousy product that doesn’t work for 99% of people who bought it. The chargers don’t work, the brushes only work for about 5 minutes. You have wasted your money on this scam. I was never able to be reimbursed for the faulty product I purchased. It should be said loud and clear on every media that this product and other similar products operating under different names are a scam and shouldn’t be bought.

I put it on charge within 4 hours the light from Red became Green but the unit is not working.
Please return my money Rs 1999/- immediately and please stop cheating the people who have faith in you.

Mine worked once for about 10 minutes After being charged.. It then never recharged- the little light remained red and never turned green. It has been dead ever since. It is a rubbish product and, yes, unfortunately you have been scammed
