The AUX, iPod USB on multimedia GD-02 have disappeared from screen so cannot use iPod in car. Did get an error msg but disappeared before I could write it down.
How do you fix this

why is my car cutting out when im sometimes slowing down? when this happens I have to turn engine back on and press on the excellorator to restart, on doing this the ESP comes on and stays on until I stop the car.

What does GD stand for?

Does my car headlights have auto off function?

My 2013 is just out of warranty and the Xenon globe has gone and Hyundai want to charge me $410 to fix it.

I rang Hyundai Care and they weren’t helpful at all, saying I have to wear the cost. But the dealer told me they never see this happen with Xenon globes, especially when the car is still relatively new.

As of two days ago the airbag light is now also permanently on. The car has only done 89,000 km’s and is well taken care of.

Anyone know if they will fix the airbag issue for free given the car is just out of warranty and a safety concern?

I have a 2012 GD i30 diesel and the boot won't open. Happened out of the blue. Tried spare remote. New batteries. Nothing works. Is there a way to open it from the inside? I can fold seats down and get access. I see a slot with an arrow and a pic of the tailgate up in the air. Do you slide a screw driver in direction of the arrow or something?

I have an I30 2015 model and the Multimedia display is unreadable during the day, even when its in the shade. Is this just a really bad design or is there a way to adjust the brightness?

2015 i30 AC buttons don’t work. All fan and vent buttons still work. No blown fuses either, any help?

I have a 2013 Hyundai i30 6 speed manual. However, when I place the manual transmission into reverse I am getting a loud grinding noise sometimes. However, if I place the vehicle into reverse while the vehicle is turned off, it goes into reverse smoothly. Can you please tell me what is the issue here? I have change my master clutch cylinder and also my slave cylinder due to this issue and no solution.

hello we have an i30 2013 model and lately it sounds like the clutch is slipping,but only occasionally.tonight it jumped out of fourth gear whilst doing 60 km,any ideas or other people experiencing this?

I have a 2012 Hyundai i30 and have lost the radio display. It started to fade in and out before disappearing completely. Back light still goes as does the radio and CD. Any ideas?

I have a Hyundai i30 activex, when I turn the key in ignition the hyundai screen comes on which is fine, then the dash comes on is fine, but when the car starts the hyundai screen (where radio is and left of steering wheel) the screen goes black or it switches itself off and on. I did mention this every time I have car serviced and they even replaced the radio last year, thinking this will solve the problem. has anyone else has this issue with their Hyundai?

I've just purchased a 2013 i30 Accent and I've experienced spasmodic engine shut down when I'm slowing down to park or at traffic lights, the previous owner mentioned he had not experienced this problem since he bought it new and has clocked up 43000kl, it would be greatly appreciated if some guidance could offered as to what might be causing this to happen the fuel used has always been 91 & 98 super and the car schedule service has always been meticulously carried out to the letter by the Hyundai Dealership in Sth Morang Vic, your earliest reply would greatly appreciated due to obvious safety reasons. I recently brought a 2015 i30 Active no less than 12 hours ago, I got home and turned the car off and then turned it back on to show my partner and the digistal screen is not working not sound and USB doesn’t charge phone. What would this be?

my reverse camera cap closes after i put it into drive after reversing and from reverse to park. Approximately 10 seconds. is this normal?

Why is my AC flashing and not working?

I have a MY14 i30 Elite. In the last 2 weeks my proximity key has started to fail intermittently viz. not unlocking/locking doors or, if it does unlock the doors the press start button doesn't work. My wife's key works fine. I'm thinking this is a battery issue with my key but wondering if there could be something else at play. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated, please
