Roxan was absolutely brilliant in proving assistance when Qatar rescheduled my parents' flight. Remember when you had personal service and a geniune sense of interest from your travel agent, and who was the person who answered the phone? Well, it's a refreshing change to see a travel agent like iFly working like things used to be. If you are reading this review, if you are feeling like your needs are a very small, kind of insignificant part of the travel industry, then give these guys a try. It's pretty nice to feel like a welcomed customer again, rather than a dot on a very large page.

Websites are't always customer friendly and I had problems with seat selection.

Sent a desperate message (frustrated really) to iFly and Trixie responded swiftly.

Unfortunately the Scoot webpage is simply diablolical. I wrote to Trixie explaining but not requesting any further help because it was no longer your problem.

Amazingly, she replied as she went to check and send me a" an all's right message"

I also received assistance when I booked and the person whose name I cannot recall was also delightful.

I was having difficulty booking an online flight. Each time it got to the end of the payment, it rejected as no seats available. I phoned ifly and I was helped by Michelle. She quickly located the problem- Qantas hadn’t updated their site. Instead she was able to organise a similar flight through Lufthansa. Very smooth. Payment went through Sat afternoon and I very quickly had my e-tickets. Awesome service. Thank you ifly. Btw, 2nd time we have used this site. I used this previously for a pre covid Europe flight. Again, no issues. Highly recommend this booking agency.

After having our flights cancelled on 2 previous occasions we booked the same trip again through iFly. Thinking we were finally safe the airline added an 8hr45min delay to our flight which then missed our connection overseas. I contacted iFly and spoke with Trixie who was incredibly helpful from the outset. The phone line stayed up (unlike other online agents I had recently dealt with). We had to cancel flights because of COVID and nothing worst than having to wait 2.5 years to get the refund. The team at iFly were patient and helpful trying to navigate this unforeseen circumstance. They kept a close eye on the airline status regarding refunds and ensured we got our money back despite the long wait. The were always kind and polite in all their correspondence and processed the payment very quickly as soon as it was our turn.

My flights were changed by the airline and iFly were very helpful with sorting alternative dates. I was very stressed and they fixed everything quickly and seamlessly. Much thanks to Angel and Roxan for their help.

It was easy to find flights and very easy to book. One of our flights were changed by the airlines and these guys were amazing helping us work out different flights for our travel. They also responded within an hour of our request. I will definitely use them again to book future travel.

I had a few issues with the original schedule as airlines were changing/cancelling flights.
When I contacted iFly, Angel was incredibly helpful with re-scheduling my flights.
Angel made sure that I was happy with every details of my flights and got back to any requests very promptly. Will definitely use this service again.

Amazing service really appreciate the efforts from the team there. We spelled a surname wrong on initial booking and they corrected it with no additional charge. We flew before with same company and no problems. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Booked flight before covid. Did not get a refund. Converted my ticket to a travel voucher without consent and now I have to deal with the airline directly. Just passing the buck imo

Excellent customer service by Angel. My flight was cancelled by Singapore Airlines and she has kindly help and follow up with them to change to another flight that suit me better.
