Great service and prompt assistance with flight cancellations
Unlike many other travel agents, iFly was extremely responsive and helpful when I contacted them in connection with flight cancellations. I have no hesitation to recommend the travel agency and will use them again in the future.

Absolutely crap
I called Emirates and they have told us our flights have been cancelled by ifly on the 29th of April and today is the 1st of May and nobody from ifly bothered to call us and let us know it has been cancelled!
No email no phone call!!

Charging $45 processing fee per person for flights cancelled due to Coronavirus
Never again. These guys are totally immoral - profiting off people whose trips have been cancelled due to COVID-19. $45 per person 'processing fee' on refunds is an absolute joke. How can you justify this?

of a service. The $45 is way under the cost required for staff to put together and submit all the paperwork required in the refund process as instructed by each individual airline. We do not charge $300 like our competitors and only the bare min in fees to keep staff assisting clients. Hope you can understand that an operating business can assist clients much better than one that is forced to close and is unable to assist anyone.

Amazing service and communication!
IFly were so easy to deal with during the cancellation of our flights as a result of the Coronavirus travel bans. They provided me with the options available to our bookings and were extremely and responsive and helpful during the whole process. Awesome customer service especially in the extremely difficult circumstances.

Fees cost more than the flights, Learned my lesson, don't use ifly
I thought I wouldn't need a visa if I was only transit-ing through the USA, I was wrong, the airline didn't let me on my flight... I wasn't advised by ifly, but of course that's not their problem - it's in their terms and conditions
I wanted to re-book flights after getting a credit from the airline, the fees from ifly were a rip off!
then I was also quoted the most expensive options for re-booking...
Caveat Emptor ... Buyer Beware! what may seem like a great deal, may turn out to be not so great in the long run!

Doing there best for customers during COVID 19
I would like to say thank you to all the team at iFLY.... our flight booking is not until September but it is in connection with a cruise from Italy that we have had to reschedule to 2021. During this stressful and difficult time iFly has been the quickest, easiest and most informant of the several travel agencies I have dealt with. We have not yet resolved our new bookings, at no fault to iFly and I am certain that iFly is looking out for all there clients best interests. Please be patient and kind with them. Cheap prices but horrible communication
****UPDATE: I have talked to a travel agent in iFly named Michelle who put me way more at ease. The price to change my date of my flight was still $400, but her great customer service and informative responses helped me to really understand the whole process, which reduced my level of stress as I no longer felt as if I were just being scammed. on as this has become available but sometimes this has changed multiple times a day. I am sure you cannot blame our staff who are working 24/7 to assist for all the uncertainty and the many changes that happen. Don't Use Them
They are not a transparent company, their cancellation fees are not correct and they try to profit unreasonably from the current coronavirus situation. The airlines are being open and fair, this company is not. I understand they are a business but charging more than double their advertised cancellation fee is not right! Stay away!

Disgusting company out for your money.
This agent is currently trying to charge me a double cancellation fee of more than half my total booking. Just disgusting. Does not at all make clear during the process that this is the case. Am hoping that by dealing with the consumer ombudsman that this rort can be rectified.

Don't. Just don't.
Horrible! If you have general questions where they may lose money, get ready to lose a lot of money. Flight costs; $1,100. Refund fee? $630.00. Terrible honestly. Forget about refunds, it will probably never come. The customer service in general is just bad.
Suggestion: just buy from the direct airline. You may have to pay slightly more but if something ever happen, the process is much smoother and you lose a lot less money.

dont book with these clowns.
book directly with the airlines because if you want to cancel your ticket for medical reason these clowns will charge you higher than the airline cancellation fee.
so in the end you have to pay double cancellation 1.airline 2.these clowns which charge you nearly double the airline.
wish i read the reviews before buying so many 1 star and negative review.
all those ppl cant be wrong.

Incompetent staff
Very poor customer service. Incompetent staff that doesn't know their job. They let you stranded at the airport because of their mistake while they keep lying you over the phone.

Great service!
The team was very helpful when I needed to change my flights due to China coronavirus. Prompt response and extremely helpful service! The team offered several different options to cater to my itinerary. Would book through this agent again!

Cheap flight that wasn't!
Booking process was easy. Flight confirmed then next day I was asked for $72 to issue e ticket as the airline had apparently put the fare up! Phoned office, still waiting for callback. Paid up but not happy!

, some of the taxes or even the fare might vary slightly and the airline will advise when this happens. In your case there was an additional domestic fare added to the loaded international fare which was the variation that the system did not pick up correctly. Therefore the airline offered a full refund or allowed for the collection of the extra cost to allow for the issuing of your ticket. I would like to thank Joanna and Chip for changing my flight as I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, only paid minimal flight changes fee. I’m extremely happy with the service I received will definitely book upcoming holiday.

It is same price with other agents but ifly have to charge credit/debit card fee, and it won’t notify you until you finish the payment process. Although it’s just $10 of credit card fee, still feel being scam when others agents no need to charge that. Hope Skyscanner can warn customer on the price search.

Excellent service
Can't speak much about pricing but boy are we thankful for the service offered by Justin and Michelle. They were very responsive, empathetic, and super supportive. Michelle worked on New Year's Day to help us reschedule flights and looked out for us to help us get the best option available, we can't thank her enough.

Excellent Service, well done Justin!
We feel sorry for all those who had a bad experience with ifly. However, we would like to appreciate our contact with the customer service officers, especially with Justin Hill. Justin was exceptionally great in fulfilling our demands for three tickets booked from Canberra to Barcelona. After series of a more than a dozen emails exchanged between us, we finally found our match. Although we paid an extra amount to change the dates of our seats, but all went well and smooth. We are very grateful to Justin and iFly.

Booked 2 flights today, money taken from my prepaid card and they are sending me messages asking me to send my card copy with numbers otherwise my booking would be cancelled!!! Are they serious??? Does anyone had same experience??? How did you deal with them??

I'm not sure about that, it sounds a bit dodgy. My husband and I booked Qantas flights through these guys and had our flights cancelled, still waiting for a refund six weeks later
I didn't sent my card's copy to them and today they just cancelled my booking. They sent me an email saying my refund has been processed so I'm waiting for the money. Meanwhile I've had put more money on my credit card and book another flight, this time directly with flight company. We'll see, I'm ready to go to the police if they don't refund me quickly!
Good luck! It's been 7 weeks now and no refund :(
