Infolio
Would not recommend
Sadly our experience wasn’t great. Our agent did not understand our brief, pushy on product which was way off target and wasn’t equipped to negotiate for us with other agents. I also found he was quite rude on various occasions when issues were raised. Also failed to note a major defect during pre settlement inspection. Would expect more.

TERRIBLE!!!!!
I found them very overbearing and disrespectful to deal with. I had 3 property managers as a renter over 3 years, each worse than the last and they made my tenancy uncomfortable even though I was a "perfect" (their words) tenant.
This is NOT a company I would recommend.
They have a dodgy history too!
Do not recommend
Used Infolio as buyer advocates. Not a positive experience. Questions were not answered, treatment was pushy and rushed toward a decision that turned out to be bad. Overstated value of property to purchase, which led to significant overpayment. As an inexperienced purchaser they took advantage, rather than helped. Deeply regret engaging them.
Infolio = Incompetence
Rental property managed by Infolio for many years. Multiple instances of having to manage the Property Managers. Infolio's revised business model allocates unskilled and inexperienced staff to manage properties under a Senior Property Manager. Granted, this model can work, but in Infolio's case, falls very short in core elements of due diligence, advice, pro-active communication and competence. Look elsewhere for competent property management.

Never use them, dishonest and deceptive.
Tells you what they should be telling you and does a U-turn when you try to hold them to their word. Disgusting treatment of customers, save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else.

Don't deal with this company - gave 1 star only because you have to
Have had two dealings with this company.
One of the previous directors was charged with fraud. [link removed]
They are very pushy, don't fall for their bullying tactics as I did.
They did little work for me and refused to return the deposit. Not only did they refuse to return the deposit they tried to get the remaining money from me, then offered to close my file??? Seriously!
I've worked for and dealt with many companies and this is the first company I've ever come across that would rather receive a bad review than return deposits and keep "customers" happy.
Be very sure you want to proceed as they are very difficult to deal with.

Infolio have been great for us in helping us buy and then manage our investment property. Being an interstate investor it is great having Adam and the team looking after our interests and ensuring our property is looked after and has the best tenants. Helps me sleep at night. His communication is top notch and very professional. Great work guys keep it up.
Absolutely excellent! I could not manage with them!
Infolio Property Advisors have now been managing my investment properties for almost ten years and they have always done an excellent job! For each apartment, they have established excellent relationships with all my tenants and have seen to any and all repairs that have been necessary. This has taken such a load off my shoulders. They have also assisted me with the purchase of four apartments and two homes in the Eastern Suburbs. Lauren, Adam and the whole team at Infolio are simply the best in the business!

Rude, unprofessional, incompetent
Regrettably, in my experience,
[name removed] and her staff at InFolio are the most unprofessional and incompetent advocates that I have had the misfortune of using. They sent me properties to look at that they had not vetted, were above my budget and they failed to listen to changes in my circumstances and my brief as time went along, and then expected full payment for doing almost NOTHING. [name removed]’s conduct towards me was rude, offensive and unprofessional, as was her staff member Shane’s. I will never use this company again and STRONGLY recommend others don’t either.
Absolutely Awful.
My experience with this company has been awful. So rude and unhelpful. Nothing was ever fixed but they were more than happy to claim the money. Abused, harassed and insulted by an employee as soon as I picked up the phone. They'll insist on taking your money and conveniently go quiet. Use ANY other company. Horrible experience.

Terrible service
I've been renting a property and this really estate company is managing the property.
The service is horrible, I send the message emails they don't even care to reply back, unless I call them. They so unprofessional and don't know what they doing.
I'll never deal with them again. Because it was such a bad experience.
Plus I had problems with the house took them 4 months to fix things.
I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Thank you
We engaged Infolio mid way through 2016 and they purchased our property by Sept 2016. We/they bid on 2 properties before the one we got and in hindsight we were glad to have missed them as our new home is cool and very 'us'.
We estimate they've saved us about 1 year in seeking and as the market has already moved, between $50-$100k in that time. Thanks team!
Happy client
I have been very happy with the diligent service I have received with my investment property. Thankyou Michael Casha for your efficiency clearing up issues, regards Debra

Infolio Property Advisors - Contract terminated
Terminated contract. Completely dissatisfied. The advocate didn't contact the main agents in our desired suburb. Their "inside knowledge" consisted of a blanket email sent to an address group that included agents more than 30km away but worse missed the main agents in the suburb we wanted. Apparently I required a years of real estate experience to understand that logic. Close to the 6 month mark, which would have triggered a 50% payment of the total fee, in desperation we spoke to the agents in the area. To our shock, only 1-2 of 4 had heard of...
Read more infolio. A few of the agents openly admitted they didn't like to deal with buyer advocates. The money infolio charge for the service is disproportionately high and the contract onerous: if you find and buy a house within infolio contract period without their help, you pay infolio. They don't actually find a house, you pay infolio. You find and refer them a house you like, you pay infolio. If you know how to use a phone or internet then save your cash. Speak to the agents in your desired location, ask if they deal with infolio, or better/cheaper subscribe to their FREE service or Domain or Realestate or ask for the agent to contact you if something comes up. For my wife and I the best decision we made was terminate the infolio contract for lack of performance. Caveat emptor - buyer beware!Questions & Answers
