It didn’t arrive
Ordered my products and nothing arrived, took my money though.nonreply when emailed them, twice. Tracking company useless as well, couldn’t say why it suddenly stopped tracking the parcel. Don’t Buy from this company.

Stupidly I didn't do it through eBay so have no redress.
Contacted ACCC and Choice, but have had no reply.

Imitation of the Original Instyler
I had the same problem. Their website shows the original InStyler, and payment via paypal was accepted so I felt comfortable. I ordered the item and I received a cheap imitation. They were very rude and wanted me to use it and refused to refund my money..I took it up with Paypal and I was refunded my money.
Wasn't given the original InStyler
