Pretty Happy Overall
Bought the Pro in early May. Had some minor issues with speaker and squeaking noise, but all resolve fairly quickly. They should double check before delivery all the chairs to avoid inconvenience to both side.
The technicians were friendly and efficient too.
This model is worth the money, most of my back stiffness is gone. I love the morning stretch program to wake me up, the bedtime mode to totally unwind me plus after exercise recovery. The massage is strong, powerful yet comfortable. I have tried other cheaper chairs and they are just not effective enough. The sales lady Irene at Doncaster Shopping Town did a marvelous job
