fridge works fine on 240v but on 12 v E2 fault shows on display,then all the red lights flash wildly and temp display goes looney

My Ironman 4x4 65litre fridge is not cooling the right hand compartment. Have it set to -18 and it won’t pull it down below 6 Bin half full with bottle water, any help?

Hi Debbie, Not sure but have heard that you may have it set too low to start with. Try setting it for about -9 to start with and if that works lower it more later if required . Not sure if it will work but it worked for another person with a different brand fridge.

Hi I have the fridge freezer model and has performed admirably until I left unused for a month..motor appears to be running but nothing is happening.it won't cool or freeze. Any ideas?

My 65ltr ironman fridge freezer turn on can't set any temps fridge say 104 freezer says 20 press to decrease goes to zero then straight back to 104 and 20. Can u reset the 65 ltr? If so how do u reset it?

I have 65lt icecube. The left hand side (fridge) has started to freeze to match the right. The didital display still says 04 left and -10 right. Can you please help? We're in the middle of a lap of Aus!

Had the 65l for 2 years and it has just gone into its e1 warning works fine on 240v but every time it goes on 12v it comes up E1. Is there a reset I need to do?

Check the troubleshooting section of the manual for resetting instructions. Other than that it could be the 12V computer or the 12V source you're running it from

Just put my fridge from.mains power to in my car on ac. But it keeps fault saying E1. Any ideas?

Check battery voltage mine cut out when battery in car was had it with same message. See if it works with motor running

We have 65 L Ironman. The fridge will not go below -5 degrees on 12 v or 240. Any help?

Just bought mine 65 lt the temperature on right sais -20 when I have set it to -16 the left sais 8, when I have set it to 0 and it doesn't change. Anybody else have this problem?

did you change over the power supply from battery to mains power at some stage? if this is the case you need to unplug it from all the power sources and use only the one of your choice, not both at the same time as this confuses the electronics in the fridge. I know the manual says you can do that but this is not the case. I have mine for 2 years now, by the way I have the same one as you, and I am using mine all the time, even in the middle of the summer and on the back of my ute under a canopy, and it still stay at the set temp. Very good value for money. Happy camping!!
