Should be fine if stored in cool dry place. If it has gone bad,it wont not taste right, will be stale or rancid, You will know if off.....then just toss, It wont hurt you, just may not taste good

Vitamins usually lose potency slowly after expiry date, they don’t necessarily go “off”. Providing they are not a liquid based capsule vitamin, and are either a tablet type vitamin or dry capsule vitamin I would take them still.

I'm not sure Renee, but in my opinion I think it would be fine for one day, as long as you use the "cleanse for Life" and the snacks allowed during cleansing to keep up the nutrients whist you are unwell.

Its best to NOT cleanse when you are sick.

Depends on what you want and your goals, But shakes average out to about 3.00 a meal. You cant get a cleaner or more nutritious meal than that anywhere. Feel free to message me with any questions.

Here is all I can find on google.....Side Effects. Expired vitamins do not go bad like food does and they do not turn into poison or toxins. Many expiration dates are set very conservatively because it benefits the supplement company. It is not dangerous to take expired vitamins, but as mentioned, the vitamins will lose their potency.

No, there is a 30 day money back guarantee on all items for any reason, But, if you have not used what you boughtand they expired, Im afraid you are out of luck.

Are you a member Sumu? the cleanse for life bottle is $45 if you are a member (cheaper if you are on autoship). A bottle is enough for 2 cleanse days. It is recommended though that you have shake days before you have a cleanse day, and also have cleanse day approved snacks to help you get through the day. It's best if you get back to the person who introduced you to isagenix and ask him/her to advice you on the system/pack that is most suitable for your need.

It's recommended that you do at least 2 shake days before a cleanse day. I would suggest that you get more shakes and do a cleanse day after you've had at least 3 shake days if you have never done a cleanse day before.

Some people find it really unbearable in the first week, and they they start to like it in the second week. How far in are you? Also which flavour did you get? If it's a flavour thing, I believe you can ask for an exchange of flavours for your initial order. I love the vanilla with ionix supreme and like the chocolate by itself, but I'm not a big fan of the strawberry.

If you have bought the full 30 day system, you can add the ionix supreme in the morning shake, the fruity flavour will change the taste of the shake a bit and it might become more bearable for you.

Some people have also tried replacing part of the water with coconut water with the shake. See if that helps.
