I have been using Isagenix for about two weeks and have lost about 6 kilos!
Works very well as far as you stick to it!
The only issue I have is the taste of Shakes, I only like Strawberry and vanilla.

Did the 30 days. $580.00. The shakes are disgusting and make you gag. Tried chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Hungry all the time. 600 calorie dinner is not enough. The cleanse days are so bad for the body. Expect headaches, nausea etc. It’s not toxins leaving the body but you starving yourself. Yes lost a few kilos because I was starving myself for two day cleanse and on gag shakes the rest of the time. Don’t be bullied in to this diet.

Did the 30 day cleanse. Realize the only reason I lost the weight I did which wasn’t very much, was the fact that I was basically Starving myself all day untill night time. So of course once I finish the program i research the product to find out this program isnt what it is cut out to be. I contacted customer service to let them know how disappointed I was, to get a reply back stating “Unfortunately that I was correct, that the program isnt for everyone.” Although, now I’m out $400. I wish I knew prior that this program is not for everyone!

Whey Powder Vitamin B supplement Actually most of the products I tried contain heaps of sodium The whey powder can be purchased for a fraction of the cost in supermarkets If people were to eat 1 substantial meal per day take vitamins and use whey meal supplements they can achieve the same results without the cost typical American hype for basic products I also The blender died after 1 week !!

When I tried this program I lost all my systemic inflammation, arthritic pain, 9kg and felt a ton better. The shakes didn't taste as horrible as some others I've tried although there are such a variety of flavours that it is hard to actually get sick of them. Salted Caramel, Choc Mint, Strawberry, Passionfruit being among my favourites. (I do not usually like strawberry flavouring in milkshakes etc, but this is great. Would recommend to anyone wanting to fix insulin resistance, lose weight, gain weight and just get generally healthier. This is not a weight loss program but a nutritional balance program.

Tried every diet on the market. This worked not only to lose weight but to settle my irritable bowel symptoms. I’m amazed. I expected nothing instead I lost 8 kgs, gained energy and slept through the night for the first time in years!! I feel I have my life back and simply live the chocolate. Not like a diet at all . I love it .

I just hate cleansing days, that is very hard for me! Shakes taste are ok, I only like vanilla and strawberry taste.

Changing eating habits is something you must be ready for. The nutrient smoothy change taste as my body detoxed, and I love the way they support my body for energy, and vitality. Cleansing is amazing the results you get, skin brighter, eyes whiter, reduced cravings, more energy and ability to sleep are just some things I have now. The weight wellness system is not an overnight miracle pill, but for me is close to it. It has changed my husbands life with a weight loss of 25kgs, and not on anti hypertensive medication now. I’d be very weary of isagenix. I was conned into it and thought I’d give it a shot, after just 2 weeks I fainted twice and have never felt so dizzy in my life! I had bloods and general health checks before I started so I’m very healthy, healthy weight, just wanted to tone more. Not for everyone. Have asked for a refund. When I messaged the girl who signed me up and said what had happened I didn’t even get a reply probably because she has lost her points since I requested a refund.

The taste was good as you were absolutely starving when you drank it. Otherwise it was foul strawberry was the least worse taste. I'm happy its over now I can eat some proper food again.

I tried Isagenix on the recommendation of a friend, I used it for the 10 day quick cleanse originally and loved it. It was achievable because you actually have a proper meal, I managed to stick to it really well for the 10 days and the second cleanse day felt easier!
I then tried it again buying a months worth of product and have really liked it. It fits well into my lifestyle, and even when I can't commit to doing it perfectly for the 30 days, the shakes and snacks are so good to slip into my normal day.
Really recommend giving them a go! I know they can be seen as a selling scheme, but you can completely avoid that if you like. I do recommend signing up properly before you buy anything because it's much cheaper.

I have been doing Isagenix for three months now, I also do the Vegan option. I started on the normal schedule and followed the program after 3 months I have now altered it to suit my lifestyle... by this I mean only cleanse when I feel like it and cheat on weekends. Without effort I weighed myself the other day and I have lost 8 kgs in 3 months. It felt like I wasn't losing weight but loved the program and the high amount of protein but Im pleased to say goodbye to 8 kg's effortlessly. Thats roughly .6 of a kg each week with NO exercise. It suits my body and so happy I have isagenix! I feel like this is going to be a long term relationship haha

Isagenix diet pack - well worth the money. Includes the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry protein shakes (choc is addictive..), supplements and cleanse packs. Isagenix makes counting your calories easy and enables you to easily monitor your intake. The cleanse powder also lets you take a fasting day when you choose so your body can get back to a healthy metabolic position.

At least one of the products strips away vitamin D and iron.
Beware!!
The product also makes you gain weight, even with exercise and sticking to their plan.
Stay clear of their product.
They also have autoshipment that many of the sales people don't tell the customers.

I used isagenix for a few months and started to experience heart flutters and light headedness at work I did an ECG (electrocardiogram) of my heart which had some serious changes indicating muscle ischemia altering the electrical conduction of my heart. I know these changes did not previously exist as I had done one at University some time before. I immediately stopped taking all isagenix products and took ECGs at 1 month, 3 month and 6 months post cessation and all cardiac changes had resolved overtime.
