Hi, I was just wondering how many kgs people are losing? I have been using the product for a month and replacing 2 meals - I have with almond milk. I eat healthy snacks during the day I.e fruit, crackers as I dont want to starve myself. I have one meal for dinner and in the last month I would of only lost 1-1.5kg. Is this normal? From what I am seeing a lot of people are losing much more?

I have a shake breakfast and lunch, and a normal dinner at night
The recommendation is to replace only 2 meals a day with Isowhey - I don't think replacing all 3 would be a very good idea. You can replace any 2 meals you like - I have it for breakfast and lunch and then eat a healthy meal (lean protein with salad or vegetables) in the evening.

Can Intake isowhey with only one kidney, I am normal weight 86 years old

I would recommend asking for doctors advice first as the stuff can have adverse reactions as was the case with me. I don't know about kidney issues but having originally been rcommended by my doctor I discussed with them the severe reactions I had to it and according to my doctor people with stomach/gastric/gallbladder issues should avoid it (so I am now having tests for gall stones) but she didn't mention kidney issues so I would recommend you talk to a doctor first before taking it.

You have to be a little embarrassed that as an adult you do not understand about the jar being only half full. It’s a powder, it settles in transporting! Meanwhile, if you look it is measured by weight - so it doesn’t matter how full the jar is. Seriously dim..
Anyway, to answer the pp, I would not be using a high protein shake with only one kidney, certainly not without speaking to your doctor first.
I used Isowhey years ago, and have just gone back to it. It’s a different formula, but better, I think. So, no question, but was just really bugged by two of the reviews!
