Its changed :-(
Isowhey used to be my shake of choice. After trying a number of different brands, isowhey had the best flavour (not too sweet), best consistency, kept me full for ages and helped me keep my eating on track. Then it changed. Xylitol?!? It is a laxative! Took me ages to work out where my tummy pains, cramps and gurgles were coming from - so inconvenient and uncomfortable!. Why? Why put this ingredient into your beautiful shakes that I can no longer have? Does anyone else have this reaction? Please Isowhey, take out this ingredient!

Helpful Hints
I am returning to use IsoWhey after initially being recommended to use by my wholistic GP 20 years ago. I don’t have results yet but just some tips after reading the negative reviews !
- the product is best mixed in a blender!
- Isowhey put out an on line Menu Booklet and Diet Plan. Read them! As those comments I read about being unpalatable we’re those who simply used water! I was always initially recommended to use skim milk. I am now using almond milk, coconut milk or water. Mix with a banana, LSA or Flaxmeal. I add berries or another fruit....Read more
- The person that reacted to it badly may have a lactose intolerance ?? Or other allergy. - I have assumed the fill level and large container would be a manufacturing requirement as the powder is so fine. - only question I have is that this is the first time I’ve noted product contains phenylalanine - my only concern as I do not use this form of artificial sweetener due to health concerns.

A great product that needs to be tweaked a little
This is a great product. I've only been using it for a little over 2 weeks, I've lost a couple of kilos and I'm feeling so much better. It does need some tweaking to be enjoyable though. First of all, it's awful mixed with water so you might want to give that a big miss. It needs to be mixed with milk and although I'm not a fan of unsweetened almond milk, it is (in my opinion) the best milk to use with Isowhey. As an added bonus almond milk is creamy and very low in calories. Secondly, using one of those plastic hand mixers is a waste of ti...Read more
me - it will give you thin, watery results. You're going to need a blender, but you don't need to spend a fortune on one. Something like the George Foreman Mix And Go will do the job nicely. Thirdly, adding some fruit, ice and other flavourings really improves the taste. Madagascan Vanilla is my personal favourite. It's delicious with frozen banana, ice cubes and some cinnamon, or some frozen mango chunks with a small splash of coconut essence. The Ivory Coast chocolate is nice with frozen banana and ice cubes, or just ice and a splash of coconut essence (it tastes a bit like a Bounty chocolate). Frozen banana or mango in the Strawberry Smoothie flavour is nice as is frozen banana and ice in the Banana Smoothie flavour. Really, it's up to the individual - just choose what fruit you like and whiz it all up. So if you're not a fan and you feel you've wasted your money on this product why not give these suggestions a go? I guarantee your shake will be creamy and delicious (and you might even like it!).Purchased in August 2021 for $27.99.

I look forward to this each morning, sometimes twice a day
Tried Banana and Vanilla. Both good but I always add fresh ingredients and play around with natural flavouring. Today I mixed one heaped scoop of vanilla powder, added a lady finger banana, a peeled and chopped pear, a quarter of a paw paw to 300ml of Almond coconut milk in the blender. After blending I added half teaspoon of cinnamon and gave it another few seconds blending, ( you can add a couple of ice cubes to blender if you wish) . Its delicious and full of good stuff and helps me avoid animal protein. Give it a try.

Omg made me so sick
I am so upset! This was disgusting, it tasted nice, thought it would be healthy, but made me feel dizzy, weak, muscle aches and had difficulty breathing. I just feel like sleeping, I am so upset that I wasted money on this product when all the pharmacists told me it was good!
