Wouldn't buy another one
As others have mentioned here, it just stopped working after about 3 months of moderate usage. Wish I had read the reviews here before getting these, would've saved me a lot of money and frustration. So that being said for these, buyer beware!! Learn from our mistakes and stay far away!
They are great until they stop
I am on the second pair of these, first pair replaced no questions asked via Jabra, the second pair have done exactly the same thing just stop working and wont charge. Called Jabra they said they cant do anything as its from the date of purchase of the first pair, so now I have two pairs of them sitting in the original boxes staring at me . I have tried to take them back to JB Hi fi but they dont want to know about it. My advice is stay away from Jabra its so disapointing as I saved for them and now I have nothing.
2nd pair. Same problem
Onto second pair through warranty replacement. Lasted about 3 months before it stopped charging. Exact same problem that I replaced the first pair for.. Looking at other reviews, it's a common fault. When they did work, they were great. A shame they seem to be poorly designed. Won't purchase Jabra again.

Returning product again due to inability to charge
Very disappointed in product
I am returning my second pair in 8 months. Both times the Jabra Sport Pace would not recharge. Charge only lasts a couple of hours when they were charged and lost charge when charged.
I am now taking back for a third pair..hopefully this one will work.

A true waste of money.
The first set I bought lasted three weeks. I sent them back to after sales repair and I was sent back a new set. These lasted 7 days (used three times) When I asked for a refund they said that they couldn't refund my money, and that they would send out another pair. The sound quality is average at best. Many of the "Great" reviews online seem like paid advertising to me. I will never buy from this brand again, and I would advise anybody to save their money. I truly disappointing experience.

Good, comfy
Have had these for 8 months, use on a regular basis. They are comfortable (using smaller buds) and stay in while running. Sound is fine (I don't care too much about really intense bass or anything, so not sure what sound purists would say). My husband has since bought a pair & likes them too.
Worst Product & Customer service
Bought this product to do "sports" and in less than 4 months the earbuds started to get loose not even doing exercises. I contacted Customer service and after the told me that they will send me the parts "showing me their good faith" (don't even know why they said that), after asking me for my details they sent an email telling me that unfortunately they will not deliver the spare parts without any explanation.
The product loose connection easily and the battery doesn't last 4 hours as they say.
TERRIBLE!!!

Expensive $160 wireless earbuds 100% dead after only the first run!!! Jabra customer support comple
Bought these expensive $160 Jabra Sports Pace (BlueTooth) wireless earbuds for running as my other expensive earbuds kept falling out of my ears when I got sweaty. The Jabras clip over the ears securely for running.
I followed the instructions and charged the earbuds for the first time for a few hours until fully charged and easily got them connected by BlueTooth to my running watch. Worked great on the first run. After the first run they were 100% D.E.A.D. ! Tried recharging, tried reconnecting them to BlueTooth etc. But fully 100% dead. I c...
After my first ^bad experience^ with these Jabra Sport Pace wireless earbuds you'd have thought I learn't my lesson - but no I gave them a second chance and bought another pair! These also only lasted...
Read more one run then unable to charge - just a red blinking led for about 1min - then nothing - zip. Same problem! I've read various online problem solving forums regarding these Jabra SportsPace earbuds and it appears to be a recurrent problem again and again and again. Contacted Jabra but unhelpful. There is obviously a serious flaw with these Jabra Sport Pace earbuds. I'm not getting a third pair - obviously a very dodgy product! DO NOT BUY THESE JABRA EARBUDS - despite the glossy, flash packaging!- 4 reviews

Could be cheaper
Apparently best on the market, that the dolby digital sound system is ideal.
Sometimes I find it hard to hear what I'm listening to.
sometimes they fall out.
3 different ear piece sizes,
Good when running
wifi distance reasonable, I can leave at my bag whilst at the gym
price should come down

Well made, poor volume level
Great price, good quality, low on extras like a case, but that's no big deal. The real deal breaker is the poor level of volume and comfort of ear gels. I was, believe it or not using Powerbeats2 wireless for months and despite many negative reviews was amazed by the sound and function, but then they lived up to their reputation of unreliability so the haters were right and the inline controls stopped responding, so off to warranty repair. I needed a new pair of earphones for gym and after reading many positive reviews for the Jabra Sports Pace...
Read more I bought a pair. It also didn't hurt that they have the same powerbeats2 over ear design which I really like. But it does not hold out background gym noise no matter what size ear gel you use and maxing out the volume, which the powerbeats2 did superbly surprisingly. The gels really rub and are uncomfortable, something I never experienced with the powerbeats2. Overall you get what you pay for and I am disappointed.ieatwords.com.au has affiliate partnerships. Same issue. Don't ever buy a Jabra Sport Pace
This one actually lasted 7 months. They must be getting better.
