Doesn't work
Bought these headphones after I was recommended them by the store employee. Sound quality wasn't bad however I would have to press the power button continuously to finally get them to turn on. After only a month of little use I found the battery died very quick and could not hold a charge. Then shortly after the headphones would turn on repeatedly on their own and wouldn't even stay on for longer than a minute. For the price you pay for these headphones the quality is defiantly not there, I'm going back to a standard cord headset and hanging up wireless headphones for good.

Terrible customer service, expensive product and design flawed
A flat cable against a flat remote bar is going to break after normal wear and tears (major design flaw), I feedbacked this to Jaybird CS team and they just told me that it's not covered by warranty and just sent me a link for the "support page" which did not even have Jaybird X3 on the list. I won't have been so annoyed if they hadn't been as rude about it. Would dissuade anyone from ever purchasing from this brand.
For something that's pretty pricey around $175AUD, I expected it to last longer than a year. Don't bother purchasing these, I should have stuck with plantronics, I had a pair of their earphones that lasted me a good 3 years before I lost them.

Never chose this Brand
I lost my charger for my X3 and unable to find a replacement. Contacted Jaybird support and wasn't helpful. Contacted by them via facebook and was told spare parts not available in AU! There is no support for Australian consumers for this product and i cant believe it. I was told to look online for a 3rd party seller. If you are lucky to find one, it costs 90 bucks.
I'm staying away from this brand and hope this doesnt happen to anyone else as i just wasted 200 bucks.

Not really impressed
Couple of major design flaws like the earbuds losing their grip and coming out (either falling out or staying in the ear) after only a few months of use. Also not really don't like that they need an adapter to charge them, as if you lose this piece it is difficult to replace. Sounds quality is fine to good. For the price I wouldn't buy them again.

Maybe I got a dud
5 weeks after purchase and mine are useless. A full charge using computer USB and I get between 2 and 15 minutes before the voice says ‘battery depleted, please charge’ and it turns itself off.
Turn it back on and it shows battery full on my device, but same battery depleted message and auto shut down within minutes.
Was really enjoying them until this...

One of the best gym headphones I've used.
The Jaybirds x3 have excellent (I mean real good quality) sound! The profiles can be individually adjusted to suit every user (I like my bass ). The charging style is an eye-opener as Jaybird provide a propriety charging cable which means you can't charge the x3's with other USB 2.0 cables unless you have the charging clip on you. Battery life is excellent with the advertised 8 hours use and has audio notifications which tells you how much battery you have left. The ear fins provide you with a good fit and doesn't hurt if you wear them for long periods of time.
Would recommend to everyone!

Loved the x2's. X3 connectivity issues alone ruin them.
Previously owned the Jaybird X2's and loved them. Eventually they got washed and had to replace them. By then the x3 model came out. Love the equalizer app for the new model, sound and comfort are all top notch. Not a fan of the new charge method instead of a universal mini USB port like on x2. My fiancee had to replace her model within 2 weeks because they wouldn't charge. Then a couple weeks I noticed (a very common issue according to forums online) the headphone connectivity would cut in and out TERRIBLY and unbearable once outdoors. In the ...Read more
gym, they seem to work fine for the most part but still cut out from time to time. They replaced they headphones and it isnt as bad but even when testing my arm on my leg, it interferes with the signal in the gym and it's quite annoying to try to run outdoors. Would not recommend until this issue gets fixed.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Easy to use, hurts my little ears.
If I wear them too long they hurt my little ears. Also the bud keeps falling off the bud holders and they fall into my ear. So now I'm always afraid I'll lose them if I'm not careful. Sound is good. But unfortunately for my little ears they aren't great.

Faulty speaker from brand new
I bought them brand new on ebay and the remote side ear bud was distorting when listening to bassy music so had to contact jaybird support and they are just going to send me a new pair which was easy enough. Fingers crossed they arent faulty!
They are pretty comfortable to ware and sit in my ears well but the sound quality isn't really that great which was a bit of a let down. My 1 more triple driver earbuds certainly sound a lot better but aren't blue tooth and cost slightly more

Great product - don't buy in Australia
Have bought several models of the Jaybirds and found usability, connectivity and battery life to be excellent. However, the x3s require a bespoke charging clip, as opposed to earlier models with a micro USB. If you lose this clip you are buggered... Amazon, eBay and Jaybirds/Logitech do not sell or ship a replacement to AUS. Without the charging clip the earphones cannot be charged.
As of 45 minutes ago this has been confirmed by Jaybirds support. I recommend looking for an alternate product without this design flaw.

er a period of going back and forth, Jaybird or shipping out a replacement set. Good on them. I will then have two great sets of earphones, with one charging clip that will likely get lost again. For buyers not in Australia, the battery life on these is 8 hrs plus, and I've found them to be wholly reliable, comfortable and, as a non-audiofile, the sound is great too. In Europe or the US you can even buy a charging clip with a rechargeable battery attached....I want one! but I cannot get it in Australia.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great earphones!
Real quality headphones with great sounds, especially for its price. Love the app that lets you pair another X3 to share your playlist with a friend, great for gym buddies. The only thing I can fault is that the earbuds can easily fall off and can cost a mini fortune to replace.

Pretty Good. Only issue is battery life.
Won these at work so I can't really complain too much. Not sure I would buy these at the RRP.
Comes in a nice package. Easy to set up and use.
Great sound. Great volume. Tells you how much battery you have verbally every time you connect.
Unfortunately, I don't feel the battery lasts long enough.

Perfect workout headphones
After much shopping around, I chose to go with the Haybird X3s over other similar in ear products, such as Beats X and I don't regret the decision. The sound quality is excellent, and using the included Comply Foam tips, the seal and noise isolation is fantastic. The inline remote *can* feel cumbersome at times, but it's a minor complaint. I'd hate to lose the charging dongle, but the waterproof/sweat proofing is necessary and amazing.

Amazing quality
I got this at jbhifi on sale for $140 and what a total bargain! The sound is so crisp and I love how it fits so well in my ears. I was hoping the red was a dark red, but it was a bit lighter than what I thought it was. all in all, fantastic

Awesome for running
Very good sound which is can be customized through mobile app to suit requirements. The clip at the back is useful and the earbuds themselves are a good size. Have used these regularly for taking calls from y Pixel 2 and have had a seamless experience. Great value at price range!

Best wireless earphones!
I love my jaybird x3s. The sound quality is excellent, not too bassy, good mids and highs. You can't even tell that they are not wireless! It has decent battery life, 8 hours on paper but I get more close to around 6 hours.
The fit is pretty good if you use the wing tips that comes with them.
The only negative thing I will say is that it has a proprietary charger, if you lose it Jaybird do not sell replacement parts in Australia so beware and keep it safe.

These head phones are great. Excellent built and sound quality.
I really like these head phones the quality is superb and the built quality is great. My only say is that I wish it used a more common charger it comes with a charging base which plugs into micro USB I think it would of been great if you can plug the micro USB directly to the headphones this way you don't have to have a base to charge.

Good but didn't use it as much as I wanted to
Purchased this to pair with my iPhone X, easy pairing, easy to use. Sound quality is good, at this price point the sound doesn't really differ that much to other established provider's product. Came with a small pouch to carry around, missed my headphone jack, feel like all the wireless headphones and earphones turning on and turning are just extra steps compare to the plug and go. Hate it's proprietary charing mechanism, do not lose your charger.
