Slow delivery
I’m very upset with the delivery service. Didn’t give me an option to pick up in store and despite playing $8.99 for the express shipping I’m waiting for four days for my parcel to arrive.

JB Switched from Toll to Australia Post- Dvds received in under 24 hours!
I ordered online at JBHIFI, 10 new release dvds on Wednesday just after Midday. I was suprised to see my confirmation receipt say delivery by Australia Post eparcel as usually JB uses Toll Couriers. I then recieved 9 of my dvds by courier at my door the next day before midday and the tenth dvd by a postie in my mailbox half an hour later. So I received all my dvds within 24 hours of ordering! Best service I have ever had and I hope JBHIFI keeps up this new delivery service they are now using. Huge improvement on the last. Very happy.

No options given for deliveries. No considerate of people having to work. No change options for their schedule time frame!
Just dum business model!

Slow slow slow.
Pre ordered item 3rd of March. Release date for the item 9th of March.
Paid express. Still waiting on delivery. Slow slow slow. Not really express and pre orders not really a priority to send as stated.

Delivery is a joke
Jbhifi charges for the delivery quite a lot, however they are using the most pathetic delivery company - Toll.
It is impossible to get your parcel delivered. I've already wasted few hours of my life and the product still wasn't delivered.
I'm totally disappointed with Jbhifi and their service.

Special Order Item
Delivery date at checkout states "On or before". Delivery date came and went with no notification of shipping. Contacted customer support who stated that special order items take 2 - 12 weeks and the "On or before" date is not relevant - there is no mention of this at checkout. Customer Support can't give me any information regarding delivery and their solution is for me to cancel my order. Extremely poor customer service don't risk parting with your money!!!

My worst tech shopping experience
I had pre ordered the samsung galaxy s20+ from jb hifi instead of samsung themselved and I paid the price for it. Due to a system error my order got cancelled and the funds were still pending. Neither did I get the phone, not did I get my money back for a while. To make this worse I was informed I would not be getting the pre order bonus buds which I was supposed to receive with the phone. Upon contacting Jb hifi I was informed that they would not help me with this issue as it was not in their control. To help with JB. They've managed to ruin my experience like no other.

Terrible slow service and an inept courier
Ordered a keyboard which was shipped pretty quickly- but was sent with Toll with no choice to change couriers. Toll did not deliver as usual but took it to a depot thats a 50 Km round trip away. I tried to get them to deliver to my local JB store but coudn't get a timely response from JB HiFi. Toll then returned the item to JBHiFi. Totally unsatisfactory performance all round. Terrible service from both parties

Don’t trust them to deliver your item
Ordered a product express post Monday.
Was sent by parcel post on Tuesday. Not actually collected from dispatch until Thursday and at the time of writing this I still haven’t received my item.
It was for my sons birthday and I emailed them (they don’t have a contact phone number) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and got no response.
My son is still waiting for his birthday present to arrive.
Worst customer service I have experienced!

Shocking service

Hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. I ordered a chair and they sent the wrong colour. Took a week of emails going back and forth to finally get them to pick it up. They have no contact number so all contact is via email which is extremely frustrating and SLOW. I lost a days work waiting for the delivery and will lose a Saturday writing for them to pick it up. Absolute joke of a service. I could have taken it in store but it is way too heavy.
If your going to buy online but elsewhere, it's cheaper. Otherwise just buy it in store. JB....Never again.

1-star service for using Toll as a delivery service
1-star service for using Toll as a delivery service. They only deliver workdays from 9-5pm. I have spent a total of 4h on the phone across 3 different phone calls. They said they would deliver on Tuesday and didn’t. I will not order online from JBHifi ever again because if their partnership with Toll.

Don’t use them!
Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago. Paid for 2 day delivery. They use TOLL who have “lost” the item. JB refuse to refund until the item is returned. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money!

Hi bought online phone which come with free blutooth headphones as mentioned on there website drove 30 km to collect my order only to found out they not giving headphones when asked its online order theh not willing to help no number to contact there online store emailed them no respond

2 day delivery still not delivered after days
Ordered a laptop on the 5th as my old one broke and paid for their standard shipping which stated that the order will be delivered on or before the 7th. It's now the 12th and package still hasn't arrived. I also can't track the order as Toll says that it can't find it on their system. Haven't gotten any updates from the store itself aside from the initial order confirmation. Wrote an email on the 10th, got no reply. Wrote another one today and is still waiting for a reply. Much easier to just go in store and buy it, delivery is definitely a joke.

Stay away from them !!!
Horrible service, I’ve placed an order 2 weeks ago paying express shipping and I have not even a tracking number from them. I’m trying to contact online costumer service as they only got this and I’ve written 3 emails already without answer. Stay away from them!!

Complete joke do not order from!
Ordered a soundbar for $1500 was not in store or for click & collect.
Toll have 'lost' the 27KG large parcel.
A month later both Toll and JB Hifi still giving us the run around with no delivery or refund!
Do not buy from them online at all.
Personally we will never buy from JB ever again in store or online. Plus avoiding anyone that ships via Toll.
Completely terrible customer service with no contact until I keep asking them what is going on.

Excellent service
I have purchased quite a few things from the stores now and have never had an issue, I find that I am able to get items from one of the stores or order it in. Prices are competitive however you can still purchase cheaper off ebay

TIME WASTING
After a week of verfication of the purchaser
Computer lost hours after dispatched from JB Hifi
several weeks of complaining and they are no closer to actually resolving it
INvestigation would mean they pick up the phone and confirm things as the customer I have done that and know where it went missing but as a company they are too lazy to resolve the issue instead saying they will wait to see if it can be found
I'm not F........ interested in waiting to see it can be found send my computer to me as you have lost it

Online store was clean and it was relatively easy to locate things. Check out system was quite smooth as well. Item was received in 3 days, which is very fast.

i preordered a huawei p40pro fron jbhifi online store on 02/04/2020 and when the time i make the preorder the official website shows me i will receive the phone within one business day after the release day and TODAY IS THE RELEASE DAY until now i still haven't receive any shipment notice yet and the order status still haven't update yet also the email request never reply to me if the items has been delayed at least you need reply me email tell me the items delayed and when will i can get it also if you cannot make the delivery within one business day after release day you cannot put that on your official website either OKOK?????????
