Cannington branch
Terrible experience at Cannington branch in Perth when I request price matching three employee talk to me in same time and were very rude attacking me unbelievable very rude lady called Georgia
I did not believe I am in Australia ...do not believe them that they will match the price in 30 days they put lot of exception to escape doing that

The best mouse for your Surface
On Saturday 15th February 2020 I purchased a Microsoft Surface Arc Wireless Mouse (Black) for $80 so I could use it wirelessly when I go to Elise’s, my parents or on holidays. The staff were kind to me and the service was amazing.

Do not trust JB Hi-Fi with your online purchase
Pre-ordered Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing: New Horizons Special Edition Console and the game from JB Hi-Fi and paid for express delivery. Despite these two items were purchased under the same order, JB Hi-Fi shipped them separately, one with TOLL and one with Australia Post.
The game (delivered by TOLL) was received on time and I was glad it arrived without damaged as it was packed in a thin loose padded bag.

re days than the initial delivery date, the parcel arrived. I unwrapped the parcel excitedly but only found my limited Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing: New Horizons Special Edition Console was DAMAGED. The item was wrapped poorly with just one layer of bubble wrap inside a thin parcel bag, the item's edges weren't even fully covered properly. JB Wi-Fi should know better on how to keep our precious order safely by packing it inside a box instead of a super thin bag, the bubble wrapping wasn't even done properly! Why on earth would I pay for express delivery but only to received the items shipped separately and late? My experience with the Wetherill Park JBHI-FI chain is always an unpredictable experience.
Sometimes i'm served within 5 minutes other times it can take a whole hour for someone to even look at me.
Generally a nice and happy environment but once it's busy the team culture is very negative and that reflects badly into my shopping experiences.

Bad experience!!
We brought a brand new I brought a Hisense 43-inch P1 Designer Collection 4K UHD from the rouse hill store. They have lied to Hisense about the checklist they never showed me the tv out of the box, I told them about the box being broken was totally ignored they box was never ever open to be checked like they say they suppose they tape was all attached on the box like it had never been open. g responsibility for there actions and are blaming the customer and refuse to honor the warranty. We found the customer service staff to be rude obnoxious arrogant not to mention very pushy and couldn't care about the customers I saw about 6 playing on their phones and about 6 or 7 badmouthing and talking bad about other customers or other staff members & completely ignoring customers it was pretty disgusting and unprofessional I refuse to shop in ANY JB HI-FI stores and I shall recommending family and friends to go else were to shop and not bother with JB HI-FI.Similar opinion? Price Match
Went to JB hi-fi sunshine plaza to buy a GoPro hero 7.
Asked them to price Match as I had found the product for less at another store. The other store and product met all the price Match conditions but they would not do it.
I have had this problem with other large store chains, they advertise they will beat their competitors on price but when you find a price that beats theirs by more than a few dollars they fight it hard.

Very positive experience at Chadstone JB HIFI
I went into Chadstone JB HIFI with what I thought was going to be a complicated issue. A couple of the guys there were incredibly helpful, patient and educational. Once my original issue was addressed, they even helped me figure out some problems I was having with my internet and I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. JB HIFI Price Match Policy is rubbish
Harvey Norman has a Instax Mini 9 special for $57. Officeworks matched the price. They both are veriable online. Knowing JB also has the Price Match Policy, I went to ask the Foutain Gate store and was told that they can only match prices if "they are not under cost". I left and then looked up JB's policy online - it stated the following:

Spreading the seasonal flu and common cold by staff
I've been to several retail stores and in the past few months I've encountered numerous times at various locations around Sydney (including Westfield city, Bondi Junction and Eastgardens) JB HiFi very young staff members behind the counter coughing, sniffling terribly and appearing flustered and ill from the common cold or flu. The managers of these stores need to understand the obvious: that while an ill customer can transmit a flu/cold virus to 2-3 people on average, a staff member behind the counter, who serves hundreds of customers, will potentially transmit it to many-many more. It is not responsible to practice a policy of retaining sick staff in the JB HiFi stores with the flu or a common cold virus.

Good Customer Service
The staff over at the Myaree super store is awesome! They are knowledgeable with their products and can point you to the right direction.
I bought the wrong item initially and had to come back for a refund and they were more than happy to accommodate as well!

Terrible customer service
I went to the Whitfords store & asked for a particular product & colour. I was told it’s not available. 10 mins after when I called it was available! I wonder how? Magic ?

No refund or exchange on product without explanation
I have bought several JB Hi-Fi products over the years, however my most recent experience leaves me inclined to never purchase from them again.
