Huge Disappointment
I really disappointed about this product. The most disappointing attribute is the Sound Quality. Really, Really poor for a JBL Headphone.
I used to have a $20 wireless headphone bought from TK-MAX Store. It was ok. I couldn't expect much, but I was really happy. Then, I had to buy another one and I decided to upgrade it buying a JBL as everyone I know usually give a really good feedback about it.

is too sensitive (however it works well if you are running), fits ok. However, the sound is really strident, poor, not sharp. I've tried it on my mobile, PC, TV and the feeling/Sound Quality is the same (poor) I definitely do not recommend this product. for a $80 JBL headphone it should be better!Purchased in January 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for A$80.00.

A bit average
These headphones are okay but not really worth the additional cost. My wife and kids have cheaper ones from Amazon which do roughly the same, with audio at least as good and at a fraction of the cost.
There are two things that let them down significantly. The first are the controls that are clumsy and overly sensitive. Frequently tracks change as you attempt to adjust their position in your ear.

ff when in contact with water. It is purely as a precaution against accidental submersion. As most headphones on the market are equally waterproof, one most question the marketing around this. I wouldn't say don't buy them, only that there are many better options available.

ok, not bad but not good
Ive had these headphones for about 6 months now. sound quality isnt the best, can sound muffled. the touch controls are also VERY sensitive. even just my hair brushing past it while on a run can pause or skip the song. they do the job but they are not the best. One good thing i could say is they do stay on through vigorous cardio, they will not fall off and battery life is great, i use everyday and only charge once a week!
Purchased in October 2021.

My ears are very small- both the ear canal and pinna! Do these come with small ear tips? And the bit that wraps around the ear- is it adjustable? It looks quite firm, but can if be flexed to fit snugly around a small ear? And is the length of the wire adjustable?

Hi - yes to adjustable ear tips but no to the bit that wraps around the ear. The length of the wire isn’t adjustable and in my view is a little long, but to be fair it doesn’t interfere.
