Item has not been delivered have been waiting three weeks now do not buy from this company very disappointed and annoyed this company is still allowed to be scamming people

Oh no I have been waiting on my order from 3rd April and now I am thinking that I won't get it :-(
I ordered a quilt as it was advertised allergic free as my daughter is having allergy issues and now I feel sick that we won't get it. We paid $125.99. Do I have any hope of getting it?

Please message me if you have been scammed by Jesmine, so have I and I would like to do something about it, but I need others involved as well. I am a lawyer.

I placed an order weeks ago .. no package.. no response .. nothing. On their Facebook page many others have said the same. I don't want to see others lose their money

Another victim ripped off !
Being only one income coming into the house my only way of payment was through Pay It Later with part payments I contact them, they won't hold responsibility for bedding not arriving or refund.
Will be taking this matter further.

Do not purchase from this company.

Paid for two shower curtains on 15 March 2020 and have heard nothing. They do not respond to emails, Facebook notifications or messages. Total disaster. Presume I have lost my money. Wish I had seen these reviews before. Too trusting!!

Ordered in November and nothing tried contacting multiple times and no communication back and looks like I’m not alone it’s ridiculous it’s able to continue to scam people this site needs to be shut DOWN absolute rip offs !

Product as described and good quality. I wouldn't recommend Jesmine to anyone, but I will give them credit for honouring my order.

Ordered 2 tapestries, costing 60 AUD. After no feedback from the site for order being sent to me I wrote a mail and never got a reply back.

I ordered a doona cover online in Jan 2020. After not receiving the product for several weeks, I sent an email to chase. No response. There was a mobile number (SMS only) on their contact page. I sent a message. I received a response that they couldn't send the product until after 2/5/2020. I asked for a refund and was told I missed the February deadline. I said I was going to complain. I received a message saying that it would be despatched in 3 days and they'd send a tracking number. 3 days later, I text for a tracking number. I told I'd receive a refund in 7-30 days! They have taken the website down now. I've since seen on Facebook a similar story to mine. It's a scam.

I ordered a shower curtain from jesmine.com.au back in Dec 2022 and still have not received the good. I tried to contact them via email and FB numerous times and they totally ignore my messages, till date I still have not yet received any reply from them nor the good. It's an absolute joke!

I ordered a shower curtain on 27/1/20. Thought it a bit odd I couldn't pay by Paypal or credit card but went ahead and stupidly paid $42.39 by bank transfer. Didn't get any communication re shipping so emailed on 2/2/20 asking for shipping update. No response so emailed again a few times and messaged them through Facebook. On 11/2/20 I then read over 70 reviews on Google saying the same as everyone on this site - goods ordered and paid for are never received, they don't respond to contact and are a complete scam. Now I have just found the same complaints on this site. I looked up the ABN and Jesmine is registered to [name removed]. l've submitted a complaint to NSW Consumer Affairs to try and get my money refunded.

I ordered 3 sets total cost $287. Didn’t receive anything no communication no email response nothing, I contacted my bank and the reimbursed me my money, I was lucky, I sent them another emails stating I was contacting aca, bbc and FTC my 3 children picked their sets and where absolutely devastated when they never arrived after we done their rooms up. Stay away from these guys, their are complete scum!

I also purchased a duvet cover at $98.00 have been trying to contact them to trace the parcel. No tracking information. The address they gave actually belongs to the Ferrero company in Lithgow https://www.ferrero.com.au/fc-4856/

This is most definitely a bogus company and what a massive scam, they must have made hundreds of thousands of $$ I will be reporting to the ACCC and I would advise all others who were ripped off to contact them and get this company investigated.

Still waiting nearly a month after placed order.
