I am a former P/Trainer and came to Jetts Mt Warren Park, bored, unmotivated, uninspired and the heaviest I've ever been in my life - I would say I was also a bit depressed. Matt, the manager, greeted me like a friend everyday, and when I finally admitted I was getting nowhere on my own, he took me aside, gave me encouragement, advice/commonsense, patience and set me a challenge. He introduced me to other members, tagged me to a training buddy and checks in for a chat and inspiration regularly. I'm now re-engaged with my workouts, hammering weight loss, PBs and re-inspired - socially, mentally and personally. I'm earning my sweat and got my mojo back! Thanks to Matt, his team and lovely members.

Been using Jetts For around six months now I chose the gym because the hours are being so close the staff and the gym is excellent I wouldn’t pick another gym.

Overcharged twice, Staff as well as head office is unhelpful to resolve the issue, Only answer they can give is "I am sorry for that. . . ."

Jetts clubs are franchised and even though you have reciprocal rights to all, your money stays where you joined regardless of how often you use another club. Some owners reinvest their money back into the club because they care!! I for one have a great club and would encourage anyone to support the clubs that deserve your money.

Hi I just moved in to the area in campbelltown inNSW I have been trying to join jetts for the last 4weeks they don't answer their phones or reply back to emails I have being trying to call them every day as it is convenient for me to join the gym not far from where I live but no body calls me back

The price of membership is pretty good, the equipment is ok, you pretty much get what you pay for, a lot of the PTs are very overpriced consider there limited experience, I wouldn’t bother with paying those prices for someone straight out of the course.
The Jetts at Coomera has a really bad smell, it’s like it needs airing out, it’s a good size but really smells bad .

Boxing bag broken . May hurt somebody, health and safety hazard. Stuck up herself manager, every other jetts friendly staff greet me as I come in like a guest should should be greeted. . Gosnells WA. Reluctantly left due to health reason, and will look at re-joining if it improves..
Polite, helpful staff. Will inter-act only as much as you need/want, ie, not overbearing or pushy.
Facilities always squeaky-clean. Generally a pleasant clientelle of all ages.
Only problem was a Fast Burger chain building a huge shop directly in front and effectively hiding Jetts. and some parking congestion at certain times.
Music too loud for a Grumpy OLDer Man, otherwise bringing my own earphones worked fine.
Good value, and equipment always maintained.

The worst gym experience in more than 45 years of going to gyms. Gym music in general is terrible. When I joined on 3 May 2017 the music was barely audible and the then manager assured me it would stay that way. Soon after I joined a manageress took over and greatly increased the volume. Jetts Albury as a concern had therefore violated its undertaking. I complained and they did offer me my money back. But as it was very convenient to where I live - within easy walking distance - I stayed and brought my music player with me. The manageress...

It’s good value for money eg 24 hours. Staff always willing to help.
I give 10 out 10 to the staff for manners and friendly attitudes

An online enquiry was sent over 5 weeks ago, and to this day, no response. Chose another gym for myself and 4 others to join since jetts never wanted 5 new members

I went to their website to join. Clicked the links but you can not join on line even though their is a tag that says click to join on line. Then I called the number they provided and no answer - what a joke of a company.

The Jetts at Eden Tce in Auckland are the joke of my flat. Over nearly 12 months. They are missing either toilet paper, hand wash or the basin/s are blocked. Sometimes it is a triple combination of no toilet paper, no handwash and a blocked sink. Considering that this forces people to use water to clean their bums, and some cultures do this anyway, this also means that faecal bacteria will get onto the gym equipment and various diseases could be contracted. I went here for 5 months max, not once did i see the gym cleaned nor were the staff situated during the said staffing hours. Once i cancelled my membership, they refused the refund me the money i got charged after my cancelation. I was very rudely spoken to and denied any refund or compensation. Will never attend this gym again and do not recommend this gym.

I had my membership at Reservoir.
The equipment is pretty good and well maintained and the fees were good but I felt the environment was unpleasant with ventilation, temperature and very bad odours. The toilets always seemed smelly and not clean and the gym had a bad odour too many times, a lot of the people coming there should make sure that they have some control of their body odour and this was not the case. I felt that standards were not maintained or enforced properly and behaviour of other members. Often seemed fairly disrespectful. If they fixed these issues would be a great value for money gym.

I love the way that Nerang manager and assistant manager call me by my name and seek me out to ask how the training is going. I also like the personal trainer I am with who motivates me even if I have been a bit naughty eg a few beers lol, anyway great place, love it and all the people who are staff and go there, feels like a family.

The Jetts gyms are cheap and nasty! Cheap equipment and the facilities are old and run down.

I have been a member for 1 year and trained at 5 different locations they are all run down.

I guess you get what you pay for!

Gets geraldton WA has informed members that the water cooler is a service they won't be providing anymore, not happy and will cancel my and my daughters membership

Gyms are always clean and well presented, however some of their workout stations (at least where I used to go) are getting somewhat worn out. Ironically, the main issue I had was the lack of interaction. Like, it was a mortal sin if you looked at anyone and God forbid if you said hello. Too many self absorbed millennials sorry. I just changed after two years and now go to the council run facility at Cockburn ARC. Far friendlier. Was also disappointed when I told Jetts I was leaving...nobody cared. Nobody asked why.

I have been going to Jetts at Craigieburn for almost a year now, at first the employees are all nice and stuff but now they always talk about customers behind their backs.

Not as many machines as you may get a a top-dollar gym but more than enough to get a full workout. Staff around Adelaide gyms are all friendly and helpful. The price is good and the 24 hour access and "all gyms" membership is really helpful.

Good gym overall but have come in for a workout numerous tines only to find all tvs shut off (when unstafed or on holidays) Not sure if this is policy or a money saving stunt but its sure as hell annoying

Went to Jetts gym at Pines SC at Doncaster East Melbourne to use a waved joining fee membership offer but the rude manager told me you have to bring another person to use this offer. I told I have my son already joined. He said both applicants must join at the same time. I said you didn't mention this in your offer but he aggressively told we didn't say that but we mean that!! Stupid man!! I cancelled my son's membership and started using another gym. Forgot to say... when I visited the club before my request I found their facilities much older than my previous local small gym (Bulleen Health & Fitness). BTW I can't forget the manager's behavior... VERY rude.

The staff are really lovely, got my first PT session coming up so looking forward to that - it was easy to organize and the amenities are in good condition and clean, and not had any issues.

Equipment and amenities good..dont find membership value for money..i waa told to make appointment with personal trainer it is near impossible but after being a member for near 2 months finally got an appointment and arrive early only to see her leave for the night no call no measage no explanation i callked next day it has nothing to do with them have to talk to her...very dissapointed im going away for a month when i return she is away for 2 months really how long do i have to wait..will cancell membership on return find somewhere mire professional..
