Chien was amazingly good at explaining everything and went above and beyond in getting the job done. He took the time to go through the products they used and their applications.

We have 3 cats & after many years of not having any problems we found we had fleas in our carpet! I was beside myself. No amount of vacuuming/ home remedies helped. Called Steve who sprayed our house thoroughly & now we are flea free - highly recommend Steve!

I was very happy with the speed of service, both initial inspection and delivery of service. Michael was very efficient and thorough and happy to offer additional backup if required. Finally, after ringing 2 other companies the price was about 1/3 of the other quotes.

Greg was the person who came to remove ants from our house. He was very professional, started to look for ants' nests even before we open the gate for him. He was thorough in looking for ants' nests and proceeded very methodically to kill them. He provided a lot of explanation and advice and we can't be more happy with his service. We are free of ants for a week now and it is refreshing. I understand that they may come back depending but understanding how they work is useful so that we know what to do in the future.

I can definitely recommend Greg to our friends if they require.

Steve from Jim's Termite & Pest Control did a really good and efficient job, we are very happy with the results. We had some birds nesting in our roof, he fixed the issue and helped us preventing they come back.

Dealt with Mark(Sth Gippsland) Found him to very pleasing do deal with, intelligent and honest. He quickly discovered I didnt have termites, however I had other problems. He dealt with my problem with great service. I would recommend this service to anyone.

John responded promptly to my enquirer, turned up punctually to provide an online quote and explained what treatment he could offer. He turned up punctually to do the treatment. He was friendly, courteous and cost effective.

Great guy and great service he turned up even though it was raining and it was a holiday, removed two very large wasp nests and did a great job cleaning up. Got back to us within a few minutes of us ringing up, we did not bother trying to find somebody else, he was very good.
