Disappointing quality
2 faults in first year. Right hand control arm fell apart . Had to take back to dealership for warrenty repair. Then fuel pickup(plastic pipe) disintegrated/ perished . Paid A$127 for replacement (plastic pipe) to be sent from USA . Rather than drive the 3hrs round trip again,to dealership to get repaired . Not impressed with the level of quality. Hope this fuel pickup lasts longer than 11 months.
Purchased in November 2021 for A$4,300.00.

from John Deere here in Australia left me wasting hours on the phone to no avail. Clearly John Deere have nothing but contempt for their customers. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Spend your money elsewhere. Caveat Emptor!!!

Actually about John Deere SB114 servicing and spare parts.
I have emailed your dealer in Penrith NSW on 3 occasions yet have never recieved response, or a reply, so why would I trust you in providing follow up service for the Zero Turn that we wanted to purchase. Looks like a no - brainer to go to another supplier because your dealers wont even help us spend our money on your brand.
Cheers.
