This trampoline is truely wonderful. My 2 little children 2 & 3 absolutely love it and we feel that they are extremely safe whilst jumping which was a huge factor in purchasing this trampoline. Set up had a very detailed and easy to follow instructions. My husband loves that it is heavy and sturdy. It looks fantastic and all in all were absolutely love it. As soon as daylight savings kicked in our energetic 2.5yo got an early Christmas present and now burns off energy everyday on his new tramp. From the moment he excitedly shouted, "wow!" he hasn't stopping pinging himself off the net and plonking himself on his butt as he shows off his new tricks. All 85kg's of dad and 16kg's of toddler are easily catered for. Currently the favourite game is 'Wingawosie' and hopefully we will be dunking on each other sooner rather than later

Really happy with this trampoline. The kids absolutely love it and have been on it everyday. Happy with the quality and I know they are safe when they are playing on it as net and zipper are really good quality. User manual made it really easy to assemble. So happy my kids now would rather go play outside than sit in front of a screen. Best investment we have made especially now the weathers getting warmer.

The trampoline looks great though in our small yard it is an imposing structure. Not as "pretty" as other costly trampolines but the safety features are fantastic eg net, ladder included.. and so easy to assemble, not to mention the 150kg limit! Overall, we're very happy we chose this trampoline.

Website was very easy to navigate and the ordering system was very smooth. The trampoline arrived at our door earlier than expected. Was very easy set up. Took 2 people about an 90 minutes to do. Instructions were easy to follow. The design is great, appears very safe and easy access for the kids to get in and out. Can’t fault it in any way.

I done a lot of research before deciding to buy the jumpflex city 100. I don't mind spending extra money to buy a quality item and this item didn't let my expectations down. Build quality is excellent and the netting feels great. Not to mention it looks good in the backyard too.

We purchased the jumpflex 10ft trampoline and the package was delivered fast and instructions were so easy to follow. Kids spend hours a day on it and have to be dragged off it. Best thing i have bought....

The jump flex 100 city is perfect for my two girls. It’s very strong and good quality. The fact that the net protects my kids from the springs is amazing. The instructions make it easy to put together and it’s ingenious design creates a safe and fun environment where you know your children are going to be protected an happy at all times. It’s keeps them active and off their iPads.

Jumpflex is a safe, sturdy and really bouncy trampoline at a much more reasonable cost than some of the others. Instructions were easy to read and assemble. There was one incorrect piece put into our basketball kit and they posted it to us immediately. Customer service was really great. Recommend.

Purchasing our new trampoline from jump flex was easy and encountered not one problem- staff were frienddly and helpful and ready to answer any question. Once I had ordered out trampoline online (super convenient) delivery was quick. our 3 yr old and 1 yr old have had many giggles and much fun! So happy with the size (which was true to description)

upon unpacking the trampoline and starting the install we noticed the matt had a D shackle missing which meant we could no longer keep building the trampoline. I spoke to a lady named Renee who went above and beyond to help us and offered some compensation for the inconvenience. even with this minor manufacturer mistake I still am willing to give them a 5 star rating as there is no substitute for good friendly and quick customer service.
also the installation was pretty straight forward and the kids love it.

I was quite paranoid about buying a trampoline due to the mixed opinions concerning safety of trampolines. We chose jumpflex as the net inside the spring made it a safer option. We opted for this model but were concerned that it may not be big enough, surprisingly there is enough space for 2 kids to be on together. Also the weight limit of 150kg means I can join my boy for some fun. Very happy with the quality and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and quality option.

We are so pleased with the Jumpflex trampoline. My sons are on it every day - with a daily family jump too, which is great that we can have fun together. the quality of the trampoline is fantastic - I feel like i really got value for my money. It was easily to assemble, i particularly liked the videos available, which helped us get it right the first time.

My 10ft Jumpflex trampoline is so good I recommend it to anyone that is looking for an incredible trampoline like this I jump on it everyday even if it is raining because it's just so fun to get outside and jump on it and that is why this trampoline is so amazing!

After a lot of research into different trampolines and product reviews, I recently bought this trampoline for my 4 and 8 year old boys. It was delivered very quickly and my husband and friend put it up in no time at all. It is super bouncy and the kids are loving it. Thanks Jumplfex after previous disappointments with other trampolines I can already tell that this is a superior product which will stand the test of time. The boys are loving being able to jump again!

The boys are loving their new trampoline - apparently it has the perfect amount of bounce! Assembly was relatively easy with good directions. They (two eleven year olds) put it together with only little help from a grown up. Great to have the kids outside and not in front of screens!

Tramp is made from great quality materials, and was really easy to construct. Instruction manual was easy to follow, though read through the whole manual before you start constructing, as there are a couple of places where the steps seemed out of order. The kids love it, the hardest thing is trying to get them off it! Looking forward to more days spent playing outside on our new trampoline!
