We bought new one 11fin 2400 today. Waited to heat room for 3 hours but there is no change in room temperature. It's medium studio room..

I am not sure what the issue could be. Is the heater hot to touch? I close all doors, as the heat noticeably escapes if I dont. I use the timer to heat at about 4am, and by 6am the room is nice and comfortable. I have the heat turned up to full, and I adjust it as needed.
If it is not heating, it may be faulty, or heat is escaping. Hope this helps.

Is the timer continuous or do I need to reset it every day? I just purchased the KOH111 and it would seem when the timer runs out and turns off the machine, it also turns off the timer. Am I not doing something correctly or is this a faulty unit?

It's continuous once set and timer turned on. Mine turns on and off at the same time every day, no reset required.

What is its power usage?

OfficialKambrook

Hi Peter,
Power consumption depends on the size of the room, room temperature (thermostat setting), ventilation and how often and for how long the customer uses the heater for so it is not possible to list the power usage.

TomHo

On full it uses 2400w. We use it to heat a children's bedroom approx 4m x 4m with 3m ceilings and brick vents, and to maintain a temperature of 18 deg it operates about 40 - 50% of the time.

The contrast between the 'official' answer and TomHo's couldn't be more stark. That's what's great about this website, you get access to people genuinely want to help and will cut through all the company codswallop.

Hi,
Thats a shame about your daughters electricity bill. I purchased the 1000watt heater and was worried about my electricity bill but found the heater usage didnt make too much of a difference to our bill.
